Earthquake and Brick Break usually work better. Even Chainchomp Fire Blast can destroy stuff like Bronzong and Skarmory. Fire Fang is terrible... but coming from Battle Frontier means it's ALWAYS going to flinch or burn >.< -
You... have... NO... idea. He was DESIGNED so that Jigglypuff, Pikachu and PICHU can own him easily. This Mewtwo has been tampered... it's as if he has FIVE SLOW STARTS activated on him and is NOTHING like how he's supposed to be. Not only that, but official "tier list" put him on the bottom of the list... even below PICHU, who was meant to be the joke character (because he hurts himself everytime he uses a special move).

Emerald: After E4: Look at the television... they say there's a Pokemon flying around Hoenn. Then you talk to your mom and she asks you what color the Pokemon was. You choose either blue or red... and you know which ones they represent. Picking whichever will allow you to catch one of the roaming Lati@s. The other will be available in South Island. -

That Feebas even ended up at the museum in Lilycove. I have NO idea how to do that now though. As for Mewtwo blowing up contests... o_O Mewtwo isn't even around Hoenn! Let alone be owned by a trainer (although in the manga, Mewtwo and Blaine are one... somehow. He was later under the care of Yellow [a girl representing Yellow version] but she never let him out of his Master Ball).

Other than Pal Park they might find a way to put those two in (I think they're doing that for all legends) so possibly an event from a store or whatnot might be it. Maybe a later game extra like the legendary beast in FR/LG and the ability to choose between one (like Emerald) might work. Or just another store event.
