Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald - Pokemon Outbreaks As the events in my post above Pokemon outbreaks are related to TV shows and are generated randomly. You can find a list of the legitimately possible outbreaks on Bulbapedia http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pok%C3%A9mon_outbreak#Generation_III Unfortunately this feature has much more potential then it has been used. Technically there could be even more outbreaks with more variaty (see Strucutre below)! I decided to only make codes for the official outbreaks for now. The distribution devices that were used in Europe distributed the tickets to all European languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish). Also the American English games are the same as the European English games.

The birds were announced for Korea today. It looks like they are showing the second Pokemon Movie on TV on May 2nd and at the end of the movie they will show the serialcodes. I hope I didn't missunderstand that. The seriacode for Articuno will be shown on "Cable TV VOD", while the code for Zapdos will be shown on "olleh TV" and the code for Moltres will be shown on "LG U+TV". You can't restore a ROM. Nintendo of Spain at least offered that service in the past. I'm not sure if it's still possible though.

@Real.96 and anyone else from Italy: If you have any other language versions beside Italian you should ask for Tickets for them too. The European distribution devices support all European languages, so technically there shouldn't be a problem.

I don't know the reason. I just read that somewhere, but I can't recall where that was. I'll search it. Maybe .ect for e-Card Trainers and .ecb for e-Card Berries? Or since they are Mystery Events .met and meb? By the way, I already dumped all the data for Trainers and Berries from the saves. They currently have the .bin extension, but once you decided for an extension I can rename and upload them.

Actually it's not hard to get the Eon Ticket dot code working for other languages. There are 3 or 4 bytes that have to be changed in the decompressed file. The only problem is the Japanese language. You have to translate the file because none-Japanese characters will crash the e-Reader. Maybe hatschky's disassembly of the e-Cards helps in the translation process if anyone wants to try. https://github.com/hatschky/pokecarde

WC6 is what is actually stored in your save file after the download while WC6Full contains some additional data that is only stored in RAM during the download and gets lost afterwards. This additional data is the distribution text that you can see during the download and flags that determine which game is allowed to receive the gift. The WC6 inside a WC6Full also has the gender and date not set yet, these get set by the game after downloading.

All I can say is that I downloaded it from the official servers. I have proof but don't like to talk about it public (sent you a PM). *mod edit: portion snipped* I wouldn't even have been able to get the wc6full that way, because RAM extraction doesn't work.

It worked, but where did you find it? Is there a code for the US? This Hoopa is identicall to the Harry Hoopa from last years distribution. Here are the wc6full for Hoopa + the missing Italian and German GF Mew.

Yeah, noticed that and fixed it in the table above I don't see a problem in uploading the save too, just wanted to point out how extracting a single Pokemon could be done.
