It's always nice to see one of this insanely rare and expensive items popping up on ebay! Well if I had enough money I would totaly go for it! Just need to wait a few years........ But this isn't as interesting as the ticket distribution devices. The 10th Anniversary events where directly added to the party, there's no wondercard. A device that sends wondercards would be more interesting in my opinion.

That won't work. You can't inject Generation 4 wondercards into Generation 5, the format is different between Generations. You have to inject the WC into a Generation 4 game first and receive the Pokemon from the delivery guy, then transfer it over to Generation 5. You said you were looking for Yveltal/Xerneas with OT XYZ. Well, those were distributed in the US for English, French and Spanish languages. In Europe we got Yveltal/Xerneas with OT Descartes for English, French, German and Spanish language and OT Cartesio for Italian language.

Currently it is normal, Nintendo needs to unblock it first. Sometimes they need a bit longer than usual. There were a few more events that weren't tradable right from the beginning of their distribution.
