    i dont think a shiny metagross can have such high IVs (maybe 3 times 31 IVs but im not sure maybe more maybe less), you have 2 options, either lower the IVs until you get a shiny PID (use the PID/IV button) or make it appeared hatched (if its hatched then you can give it 31 IVs everywhere and it will still be legal), if you whant you can post the .pkm file and i will see if i can fix it.

    here you go, im sorry but i couldnt get it for the man in green so i placed it inside a box, anyway this code will place the requested pokemon at box 1 slot 1, enjoy: tested and worked on both diamond and pearl, any problems/changes you whant me to fix/do tell me right here or pm me which way you prefer. P.S: just so you know, usually codes that work for diamond work for pearl aswell.
