    for platinum you change the B2101140 in the jpn code to b2101d40 to make it a US code

    one thing you could do is start a new game, play through till you get your starter, then copy everything in the old one via pokesav to the new one, just dont touch the number of pokemon in party option

    i think you might wanna go for hidden power electric as it will give you an electric type attack and use chimchars special attack as opposed to its physical attack but overall i think this is a cool chimchar

    i like hoenn because of its awesome legendaries, none of the other games have been able to match their awesomeness plus it was the only region to have an out of battle use for dive, hope that feature makes a comeback but doubt it will

    it would be the column where the question marks are, you might want to get a more recent version of pokesav EDIT: i found your problem, the reason you arent seeing NS or SH is because youre using DP pokesav, if you load rayquaza into Plt pokesav and generate new PIDs you will see the NS or SH

    ive used that before and found that i had view a pokemon's stats and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes or look at the map and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes, but when i used the cheat i ended up in a black room with no people around or anything.
