on the far right there should be a box with a NS or SH in it, NS means not shiny SH means shiny

the part about SYNC means the pokemon in the first slot of the party would have had synchronize as its ability and because of that the pokemon has the same nature that the lead pokemon had (if this was caught in game). Folken has already explained everything except what method one means, almost all pokemon are created using method one, some are created through other methods (i dont know for sure if this is true or not but the roaming pokemon are an example of this). so in short, yes your pokemon is legal

try going into the section of pokesav that generates PIDs based on the IVs (the one where you hit generate and it shows a big chart of PIDs), you can often find more than one shiny PID for a given IV spread but it is questionable whether or not you will find two with the same nature.

im not sure about all of them but marriland and smogon have good lists and that first should means the way they are supposed to be

actually it can, i did so in my diamond version and in my ruby version before i owned an ar or a gameshark, they take ten minutes(ish) to hatch but it is possible.

i think he means like an infernape with a type 2 PID, ignore that part if it has only one ability because thats just the PID type. most, if not all pokemon sites with the ability info up have them in the order they should be so if the ability is first on the list then you need a type 1 to get that ability and if its second on the list you need a type 2 to get that ability
