    I suggest adding the item potion like this The Vitamins 1x Carbos = 10 evs for Speed 1x Protein = 10 evs for Attack 1x Calcium = 10evs for SP attack 1x Zinc = 10 evs for SP defence 1x Iron = 10evs for Defence 1x HP UP = 10 evs for HP Remember. you can only do 10... in the first post give credit if you like ..
