Please read the announcement at the top of this forum.
This website/forum is not here to help you bypass the official legality checks.

Read more about your options in this thread.

For anyone wondering:
Frame: 8115
PID: FC1CCA43
Time: 2:15.25
Nature: Rash
IVs: 13/0/30/19/8/25 (Bug 42)
ID: 53426
This was the first shiny he could obtain with Emerald's 0 starting seed. The next possible one is on frame 13230 @ 3:40.50, which is Calm.

Naw, it's something set by ingame playthough.
Possible explanations are certain ingame events like O-Powers or visits to a Restaurant; but nobody has been able to figure out what event sets these bytes -- has to be reproducible!

Unrelated to the usage of PokeGen.
Please read the FAQ of the GTS service you are using, where your question is answered.

I've posted a version of Mass Dumper that can dump out pkx files.
In the past few weeks we've been looking at our new dumps and have filled in a ton of blanks on the Wiki. The C block is now entirely mapped!
There's still a few things that are still unknown:
- Affection Ribbon bitflag
- 100% Medals Ribbon bitflag
- 0x16/0x17's purpose. Out of ~1500 files I've checked, only 10 have data here.
- 0x92/0x93's flag circumstances.
- If Super Training has any other effects on the struct (feel normal, or energetic, or tired?)
-
You cannot use the GTS to extract PKMs that have event ribbons.
You need either a flashcart or a savefile reader.
If you want flawless events, just download them directly from Pokecheck. There's many legitimate uploads from users that have RNG'd them.

Source code now public on my GitHub account.
For those who want to dump pkx (pk6) files to view their contents and archive them, I've attached a version of Mass Dumper that can dump pkx's at the bottom of this post.

For digital games, the save file on the SD updates every time you save.
The file created date may be old, but the date modified should be fairly recent.
-
So long as you make it so.
-
Hence what you use PokeGen for.
Open SaveFile -> Edits... -> Save SaveFile
-
Action Replay or Save File editing.
You either need a Flashcart or a Save file reader/writer to get your savegame to edit it.
-
PokeGen is a program that modifies save files and pkm files. None of that has to do with WFC.
You can still use PokeGen after they shut down WFC.
-
Can this program look at ESVs, or just TSVs?
Both
Also, this program can only look at six Pokemon in one box at a time, or thirty Pokemon in one box at a time?30 at a time; the "6" is required for setup.
