They're part of the scripts.
They essentially "give item", delete the overworld then set a flag to prevent spawn.

Possible method J/K slots don't match encounter.
^ Legit Nincada named Viper is showing this message for Locations.
It was caught in HG next to that kid you fight north of Goldenrod who has a Venomoth.
Always link to the upload in question.

Was captured on a Saturday in a Sport Ball -- Bug Catching Contest
ESV Slot 1: 20 - 39
72100276 seed (frame 474); doesn't have this ESV (only 2,7,2), which is why it is flagged.
BCC encounter slots have never been 100% documented (RNG Reporter notifies users of this) so you can assume it's legal if you captured it. It's just not big enough of a deal for a thorough investigation/fix... BCC errors might be changed to a non-red message in the future.

Pokecheck is more in depth and does not rely on Nintendo's checks (it's much better); it does allow you to test with Nintendo's check too.
The website will continue to function as you can still upload pkms and see their legality; when future support comes for X/Y, the past gen LA will come in handy for analyzing pre-XY mons (adapted/updated). The only thing that will change is that you will no longer be able to download/upload ingame as the Nintendo WiFi authentication server will be (likely) shut down.

I personally own a SMS4; although it may not be the cheapest option, the save ripping/writing portion is easy to follow and I can just use PokeGen to insert/dump on a large scale.
evandixon recommends the NDS Adapter Plus. Both the SMS4 and NDS Adapter plus cost ~$35. Whatever you get is up to you!

remember to always search first... there's a plethora of threads which already discuss this.

I have read some minor information about the NDS sd card adapter being capable of use after the wifi shutdown occurs. First of all is this true?
Nope. These are your options. You'll either need a USB reader or a flashcart.
I just figured out that this has its own SD card adapter, I am wondering if I can use this adapter instead of spending more $ on the NDS adapter to transfer pokemon from pokecheck and pokegen?SD card reading does not read NDS or 3DS games, it reads the SD storage chip that is in the 3DS.
Also if this is possible will the pokemon I receive with a USB adapter from pokecheck or pokegen contain a ribbon that does not allow trading? I know pokecheck includes one if you use their server, I do NOT want this ribbon. I want to be able to trade the pokemon that I transfer.Pokecheck's ribbon only prevents trading over the GTS to unknowing people; it will not prevent you from using it in battles or trading to your friends. If you edit your save, you can insert whatever you want.

Just so I understand this correctly. This program allows me open a save file from Black/White 2 and edit the Pokemon in my boxes. Then I can inject the new save file into my game and have those Pokemon. I can then send them to my Pokebank and bring then to my copy on Pokemon Y. Am I missing anything?
The fact that the Pokestar animation doesn't carry over to X/Y and the fact that you can't transfer the Pokestar Studio hackmons to X/Y.
It's just a save editor, so anything else you add in will appear ingame, just like PokeGen.
-
Save files are 0x00000-0x7FFFF (512KB). Try harder.
-
So then why are are you worried about having hacks on your save file?
Pokecheck detects hacked Pokemon; it's working properly. Our forums are not here to help you to bypass legality checkers, official or not.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but is there an (Active) official thread or something with a list of everyones shiny values? Thanks to this awesome tool I've recently been able to find my own, but all the shiny values threads I've come across are all dead. Thanks to anyone who can help!
ProjectPokemon itself does not have its own list of users' Shiny Values.

There are others around the net. Reddit has 1000 new entries in the past 17 days, so if you're looking for a large recent database that'd be the one to check.

You have to own both a Cart & Digital copy for that to work, and you'll be permanently stuck playing on Digital afterwards. The retail cart will be able to start a new game.
and then restore the save to the cart using the powersaves thing. can we RE-transfer the retail save to digital, or is it just a one time thing? sorry, this isn't really the place to talk about this.If you have a powersaves there is no point on doing that. Just back up your save file from the retail cart and use it with this program.

The keys are write only so you have to have advanced custom firmware to dump.
There is no shared custom firmware with that capability.
-
But dont you have to save before Battle?
Already asked, already answered:
How/where is it possible to use the Vs. Recorder without saving? As far as I know you have to save before you can even start the battle?Sorry, if there's an obvious answer... got the game few weeks ago and haven't played that much yet.
Options -> turn off Forced Save. You won't be required to save before battling against a friend.
-
can we dump wondercards/access their data with this? thanks
No. This only deals with battle videos.
-
Again, all they do is take your encrypted save and send it to their server. There is no decrypting done on your computer.
Pursuing anything with PowerSaves will get you nowhere.
-
Datel only sends index numbers for applicable codes for your game; you choose which "case" you want and the server side exploit will execute the relevant code for the number you chose.
There is no way to exploit their system unless they leave valid index numbers in their system (while not sending them in the list of codes to choose from). This recently public trick let's people get the old codes that were removed a while ago - they're still in their system, just not selectable unless you edit your selection in the XML.

I think I understand. Is there a way I can obtain the SID from my Pokemon Y game? Even if it's calculating something with the SV, or hex viewing
Dump a pk6/ek6 file from your game and view it with this program.
-
What about using something like cheat Engine to view the memory while the power save program runs? Or maybe looking at the ASM of the program? (I just got this, and was thinking of trying it)
No. Everything possible has been tried; all edits and decryption are server side.
-
Well if you can spoof that checksum with CE, and you can let Datel handle the MAC, that leaves just the hashes, right? Well wouldnt you just need to get the keystream from the full file?.. I'm guessing redNAND and such doesnt give you the old save structure? because then you could make use of the repeating key to full decrypt it.
4.1-4.5 -> emulated NAND doesn't give you the repeating ctr fail method for X/Y.
Since the XORpad is also applied over the hashes, there's no way to get the original hash value without decrypting the entire savegame first.

Is the order that the dump is presented in the order of the Pokémon in your party, or the order in which you selected them in?
selected order

Can't change the IVs or ability, and I don't know about having special moves. Not sure what the final argument is for GiveEgg.
