Also in this case, it's likely you had it's origin game set to Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon. (It's supposed to be Sun or Moon)
Look, I imported it to Sun, and it's legal.

a main is pretty much a save file, that can be loaded on 3DS (which has homebrew or CFW) or Citra.
(can also be loaded onto PKHeX for editing)

We've got guides under Site > Tutorials, and if you got any questions, to start a new thread in the appropriate sub-forum.

As the event was just released, do not expect to be able to use it online immediately.

Sounds like what you're using is an unsupported file type.

Try exporting a pokemon from your VC game, and try to hexedit it or something.

Basically wild and gift (and the event) Zygarde comes with Aura Break.

This one is the one with Power Construct. (needed for Complete Form)

I uploaded it, because potentially:
1. not everyone has the cells needed to change it's ability
2. not everyone knows how to give themselves more cells
3. not everyone knows it ability can be changed in-game
4. not everyone knows how to change it's ability on PKHeX

and most importantly:
5. it's a cool entry to have on our forums

Yeah, same for Zygarde (and the events) transferred up from Gen 6!

Use Assemble (follow the image in the screenshots section)!
Also, event Zygarde with event ribbon cannot be disassembled!

It actually does. Also know that UM and US saves are mostly interchangeable.

And note to @Gridelin:
The Shiny Zygarde is not confirmed to be final. (It probably is, but until redemption day, they can swap out the wonder card)

@theSLAYER do we need a shiny CHANNEL Jirachi for the Gen3 event gallery? There is one in this save file, if needed I can make it a .pk3. If it needs to have been actually retrieved from the Pokemon Channel, instead of built in Pkhex, I might get to working on that later tonight.

It'll be good to good one that was received in game on Gen 3, as opposed to created or converted down

Here's a few things I've had in mind:
1. Looks like you're missing the shiny of a Regular Raichu
2. Your Scatterbug is illegal. (Pre-evolution of Fancy Forme, which is unavailable)
3. You might want to include the Partner Cap Pikachu (It's the only Pikachu Cap that can be shiny XD )

"Error" is the wrong word to use. You get the red flag on PKHeX cause your Pokemon is illegal.
There's nothing with PKHeX, so it's not an error. (Error imples PKHeX is wrong, when it isn't; it's illegal cause its a mistake on your part)

GameFreak/Nintendo/TPCi has horrible online hack checks.
People can bring all kinds of illegal nonsense online.
Despite that, they are still illegal, as they're impossible to obtain during normal gameplay.

Pokemon obtained from Pokemon Dream Radar cannot be shiny.

If this 3 are from that game, they cannot be shiny.
(pretty sure the Trio at Lv.5 can only be obtained from Pokemon Dream Radar)
