    it's impossible to catch a Venonat at any level below 24, but if you catch a male and female, then take them to the move deleter, and delete all but one move on each of them, and breed them at the 4 Island day care the egg should contain a lv 5 Venonat with tackle. EDIT: No there's no tm for tackle.

    To catch a Venonat with Tackle it would have to be no higher than level 16, because at level 17 it would learn a new move and shift all attacks up one slot, removing Tackle completely. Abra is available on routes 24 and 25.

    Open the ini file in the folder where you have the NO$GBA.exe, at the end of the line that has SAV/SNA it probably says "Compressed", change "Compressed" to "Raw".

    My thoughts on this are that Yvetal will be found on top of a tall tower similar to Rayquaza and Ho-Oh. And that Xerneas will be found deep in a forest at the end of a long straight path like Celebi and Shaymin combined

    you have to have a pokemon selected, I asumed you were trying to edit a pokemon you already had.

    like kaphotics said, just type the pid listed in pokegen's pid finder in the box on encyclopedia pokemon, and set the IVs to the ones chosen in pokegen

    You may have to keep all the files that came with it (when you saved) together. If it still doesn't work it may be an external javascript applet, in which case you can try what i'm attaching which should accomplish the same task and then some. PID-IV.zip

    The second \ffff is only applied ingame under circumstances, such as for wild pokemon, but not for the starters.

    Check the post you got the code from, I edited, with a different code with a few (untested)changes, i'm going to try the revised code on my cyclo after posting this and edit with results at the latest tommorrow

    I created the code without access to an actual Datel AR, the only the code handler i had(have) access to is my Cyclo DS Evo I'll probably be getting an ardsi at or a little after christmas, at which point i'll be able to modify the posted code and perfect it, because at writing that's (my Cyclo) the only hardware i've tested it on. EDIT: I just noticed the code in my post you quoted, is an older incorrect version of the code, if you change all but the last D2 line to D1 it may fix what you've been experiencing.I'll fix my post where it's located.

    You can upload your pkm files to pokecheck then send them to your game. thats probably your best bet if all you have is a 3DS.
