Is it possible to change the sprites to those beyond the maid while still having a custom name? Like using the Pokemon Trainer Red sprite with a custom name?

I used wineskin (http://wineskin.urgesoftware.com/tiki-index.php) to port both of them successfully.

When I uploaded my Heatran and Thundurus to PokeCheck with the same OT and trash bytes, the Heatran's OT trash bytes are valid while Thundurus's are not. When I change the terminator FFFF in Thundurus's OT to 0000 however, it works. Anyone know what's going on or how to discern what to end the trash bytes with? I don't understand what the level it evolves at has to do with the location.

I've been playing around with Pokegen and created a Garchomp, uploading it to Pokecheck to see how complete of a job I did making it legal. For location however, it says "Unknown Encounter." I tried to make it seem as though I caught it in Pokemon Diamond Version then "Poketransferred" it to Black 2. Anyone know how to fix this? Also, how would I change the "This Pokémon was evolved after being transfered to gen 5." part? What part of Pokegen determines it?
