  1. That code doesn't work for people who use the Action Replay for the DS/DSlite though. It makes their game freeze when they press the L Button. Not to mention the buttons to activate it are wrong.
  2. Try exiting out of the area by going into a building or something and then go back into the grass to see if the Pokemon encounters go back to normal. If not, then the code's malfunctioning. I have a working version of the code on another thread that works for people that are having their game freeze when using the other code.
  3. Not exactly, I was just referring to how Diamond/Pearl/Platinum's TM code uses the calculator. I'm just saying if the Japanese HG/SS used a function like that, it would be a bit hard finding out what the function would be in the US version.
  4. Well it would be hard converting the Japanese code to work on SS/HG because there is no calculator app now. And for the one on the bottom, I can try to see if I can find similarities in the code and see if I can convert it. That or someone else will be nice enough to post it themselves.
  5. I think the top code has similar instructions to the TM Modifier for Platinum. It's probably the one where you put in the Move Number in Calculator and press a button and then check the TM it replaces (usually Protect). The one on the bottom is a less complicated but repetitive code. It's basically an item modifier and just replaces the TM01 with another item (you can even put in the hex values for items that aren't supposed to be in there like Nuggets). Though as I said, it gets repetitive if you plan to use it to teach multiple moves for you will need to keep editing the code over and over. I know there isn't any item slot modifier codes for HG/SS yet other than the ones that give you all the items. Everyone is concentrating on codes that modify their Pokemon like a Shiny Egg or something.
  6. Ok I got the Wild Pokemon + Level Modifier code to work now. Will post in a sec once I'm done double checking. Edit: Ok posted the code. Now with those codes done, people can have a lot of control over the Pokemon they want thanks to the Nature, IV, and Hidden Power Codes. Only thing that they still can't control is shiny and eggs yet.
  7. I have and used to use Adobe Photoshop CS2 for drawing and still use it occasionally if I need to put text or make a sig/avatar. Though now I use a program called Paint Tool SAI. It's not much a image manipulation program but it's more of a art/drawing type program which I like cause I draw a lot.
  8. I think it would be better if we just update the codes by editing our first post so people won't need to look down the thread; almost like the Offical Codes that are stickied on top. Well I added the "Rename Traded Pokemon" code on top. I laughed a bit when I looked at the code. The activators are wrong. I'll go post a working Wild Pokemon Modifier soon.
  9. Important Announcement: I have noticed that some of these codes DO NOT work when you use them on the Action Replay DS. But, the codes fully work on the Action Replay DSi. To make use of most of the codes, you may need an Action Replay DSi or wait till it gets updated to be compatible. I'll color code each one to show which are not currently compatible until it gets updated. Code = Works on both the AR and AR DSi Code = Only works on AR DSi currently Code = Works on Emulator but not the Actual Game. Code (No Color) = Not Tested (By Me Lol) NEW FIXED! Your aprijuice's flavor may decrease tremendously depending on what apricorns you put it but just add some more and reuse the cheat again. Remove All Items: * Modified by FreeSpirit * Note: Press SELECT to activate. This code will remove all everything in the "Items" bag. I decided to put this here since I saw a couple of people unable to get more items once they use the "All Items" code. Also don't mind if the codes have lowercase/uppercase letters, they still work either way.
  10. Ok everyone. Here's the Wild Pokemon Hidden Power Type Modifier Code: This took a while to change all the values and please test them out in case I edited the wrong value causing the Hidden Power to be different. Someone should make a new thread listing all the working codes for HG/SS so people don't need to constantly search the pages and that they know the codes are US and not Japanese codes lol. All I ask for the 3rd time is a code to reclaim Bill's Eevee cause I would like to get a Female Eevee from him and that I love all the Eeveelutions.
  11. You can just edit the values in the "Wild Pokemon Has Max IVs" to the right ones in each stat to get the hidden power type. Or I can make a post a giant list of the code for each hidden power with the highest possible IVs if you and other people want me to.
  12. Here's the Nature Modifier. I would post the wild pokemon modifier code too post I saw a lot of people are finding it to not work.
  13. I don't think there is a "program" out there that can edit that much of the game more over on HG/SS. Though someone correct me if I'm wrong. The only way I saw modifications like that were ROM hacks just for fun like custom town and etc.
  14. Have you tried searching this forum if someone already released the code before making a request for it? Anyway I know I saw a working code somewhere on the forum that works out fine:
  15. That's pretty odd then. I can only guess that something's wrong with the Action Replay hardware itself or it could be the L or R buttons not working. Try changing the code's activators to a different button and see if that works. Like FCFF to FFFB. If all else fails, then I don't really know what's wrong with your AR.
  16. When the EV code is activated, it only affects the stats on the Pokemon at the time use. So, if you used it on for example an Eevee, the Eevee will be affected until you save or turn it off. Saving the game will let the Eevee keep that modification in EVs permanently. When you turn it off, the cheat will no longer be active, the modification in stats stay and if you wanted to change another Pokemon's EVs too, you'll need to reuse the code.
  17. Also check the first line of the code to see if the activator is the right function. Like the money code: 94000130 FFFB0000 62111880 00000000 B2111880 00000000 00000088 000F423F D2000000 00000000 FFFB is the function for pressing SELECT. Check the codes to see if the activators are the right one. Here's a small list of some of the activators: If that doesn't work, try putting the codes on the Action Replay using the DSi Action Replay Manager.
  18. Oh, to use it, just go to any PC and choose either "Deposit Pokemon" or "Move Pokemon". Then select any Pokemon and then choose "Marking". Just pick "Confirm" and the code should activate giving the Pokemon you selected 252 EVs in every stat. I did not make this code; I found it by searching around the site.
  19. I have the N64 game of it and I really did like the game. Always liked solving the puzzles and the 3d mode was fun with other players. Though once you get piled on by a giant junk block in 3d you can chain that so easily cause it tends to lag/slow down making it easier to swap blocks and thinking of chains. I happen to have bought Puzzle League Express DSi Ware which brings back memories of the game.
  20. This is great! Very much appreciated. I responded to your other post requesting the same thing. It's over here: My Post
  21. Did you check the code in the AR DSi to see if they show up right? Sometimes when I look at the codes one hexadecimal with replaced with something else. I dunno if it's just me or not, but I think it's caused by when you have to double tap the button/options and it glitches and thinks you pressed on the keyboard when editing a code too. Also, you don't have to answer this but how much free space is in your Action Replay DSi when you first got it and how much free soace you have after you put in codes up to now?
  22. I believe that those codes except the Vitamin code is already released. IV Check (Hold L for IVs, Hold R for EVs): Instant Egg Hold R and Walk One Step): Fast Egg Hatch:
  23. That's what I saw too in the code. Well for what I can grasp, all the EV Vitamin codes goes somewhat like this: 120???? 000046c0 120????? 000020ff The line you mentioned is to remove the cap if you added it with the line above. If I could figure out what's the hex for those two areas then it can be turned into a HG/SS code. Using that EV Modifier code for the PC thing: ::All EV 252:: 1206F04A 00004800 <-- Has "120" so I think it can be used in the code. 0206F04C 023C0B91 1206F050 00004700 E23C0B90 00000018 61384803 82B84801 <-- Somewhat curious of that that could mean. BDF8B014 0000FCFC FCFCFCFC 46C046C0 Which makes me think it could be something like: 1206F??? 000046c0 1206F??? 000020ff.
  24. That's what I'm doing too. Except that I am going to the Lake of Rage later and try doing optional things like getting medals in the Pokeathlon.
  25. How does the bonus points work in the Pokeathlon, more specifically the first part where he mentions points for spirit and your pokemon? I always keep getting 30-33 points for that and everyone else is getting up to 43 points.
