You have to use an Action Replay code (or patcher of some sort) for Emerald. There is no "Event File".

To back up a game save from a retail NDS cartridge, I'd suggest that you buy the NDS Adapter+. I don't have an answer for backing up a GBA cartridge save, sorry.

The original post had 3 "problem"s. Which one are you looking at? All your listed events are fairly recent (in terms of Legal.exe development), and thus are not updated into Legal.exe yet. If they are showing as "Hacked or Unknown Pokemon", ignore it.

Try going into the official GTS, depositing and taking back a Pokemon, then try again.

SingTel is back up, and I've managed to optimize The Global Terminal and such over the days. I will be restarting the distribution shortly, maybe tomorrow or the day after. The VGC12 Shiny Larvitar (and perhaps others, if I have time) will be added into the distribution then. Looking at the stats for distribution, it appears that there is a massive lack of demand in the current 5th Gen RNG'd/Shiny Pokemon. I would thus like to appeal for RNGers to donate 5th Gen Pokemon for distribution. The Event server has hardly seen any activity. I will be trying my best to add as many more events as possible into it. If possible, I would like people to tell me what they would like to see removed from the event server, and what they would like to see added. As of now, I have made a few changes to the thread. The images are now hosted on GrumpyBumpers instead of Rotasig, and the YouTube video has been changed to a more updated one. The RNG'd/Shiny Pokemon list for 4th Gen has also been updated fully as space constraints ceased to be an issue. If anyone has any other suggestions for the thread, feel free to post away. Use PokeCheck. Not Legal.exe.

So you're loading your save file in PokeGen? Just delete the PID of the Pokemon, tick the Shiny box, and you're done.

I don't understand how you are editing or creating your Pokemon. Are you loading your save file in PokeGen, are you using an Action Replay, or are you sending .pkm files using a Spoofed GTS Server?

Shinies that don't match your trainer information, yes.

It means that you probably should get down to "fixing" your code manager.

What information is required? I could help "fish" them out if needed?

It is possible your ISP or router configuration is set up in such a way that DNS redirection doesn't work. Nothing you can do if that's the case. My best suggestion is to try a different network.

Hi guys, it has come to my attention that SingTel, the Singaporean ISP hosting The Global Terminal, has suddenly gone on a nation wide blackout. As such, The Global Terminal is currently down on both servers. I can't update the thread either, since I'm posting from mobile with the laggiest Internet since Dialup (phone is under Singtel too!), so it appears I have a lack of communication until SingTel gets back up and running. Sorry for the inconvenience, I will get TGT back up asap.

Nope. I believe you are trying to gain the message "Apparently met at" for the Pokemon to simulate a trade? That is meant to appear if the Pokemon has a different ID/SID,etc from the save's ID/SID,etc.

I should be Daycare Couple, Level 1, Hatched at Pinwheel Forest. Link Trade is used for Eggs, as far as I know.
