You will need find a right number PID if you catch a wild pokemon. For pokemon that born from eggs you can use the number that pokesav give to you when you choose the sex/shiny/nature.

Yes you can, and dont worry. I'm brazilian... Why you don't make your pokemon born from a egg?? it's more ease because you don't need to use the right PID and you can set all the iv's to 31 and turn him shiny if you want.... Too much simple!!!

The program don't check all the information of your pokémon, you must know all the information of your pokémon for yourself. This is just a fast check program that you can use, but it's not 100% perfect yet.

I just looked the first one of your pokemon (Obamasnow LOL) and i saw that you miss some things ;/ 1º - To win the latest pokémon contests you must maximize the condition of your pokémon, so it's impossible to win all the contests (Beauty, Cool...) with the same pokémon. And remember, when you win a contest, a picture of your pokemon is made and displayed in the wall. In the end, you will need play the game..... 2º You can't find a Abomasnow in Mont Coronet at level 40. You are playing platinum not D/P. ;/ The right level to choose is 38/39 3º The PID number that you choose is wrong, you must use a PID number Type 1, and you choose a Type 3, Type 3 is for non-legendary Pokemon caught from Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Fire Red or Leaf Green. But the IV's of a Suicune from Pokemon Colosseum don't have a glitch like in the GBA games, no?

I loved the answer :kikkoman: Well, why people care about it???? when almost of pokémon can born from a egg and you can set all the iv's to 31 and made him shiny??? Just to catch Suicune/Zapdos and another legends shiny?

If a pokemon Born from a egg the IV combination can be any one, no? So the only way to know if this scizor is hacked or not is looking all the infomation of the .pkm file, If the person did something wrong with a device, you can figure out. but just looking in the DS i think you can't. What Ball this scizor was catch??? Probably this is a hack, all 31 IV's (just Satk isn't, because you dont use it with a scizor) and being shinie... he is very lucky!!!!

1º - Thanks for reply. Yes, i read wrong and swapped the locations... Thanks for show me. 2º - Thanks again, I don't know that in D/P we don't need use the hex values (only the 85h), now I know. I do my hacks in my save file of Pokemon Platinum, but i did this test with heracross in the save of my friend, who plays Diamond. And how I swapped the location, I need to invert the hex values too, no?? because you gave me without change. I will not have problem with it because i will hatch my own eggs, i will just change the iv's and natures when they born. I was just doing a test. 3º - No, I put Class 1 and did it wrong too because he has Guts. Thanks for show me my mistakes. And sorry about my bad english!! I did another one, now in my save file of Platinum, just to show and see if i keep doing it wrong: I think i made wrong again, i put 24 where is 18... LOL - Ok, now I undestand!!! Well, i think is better i do a egg and hatch it, and them just change the iv's and nature.

1º - Yes I mean Value . Sorry, my english isn't perfect. LOL 2º - Because if you do it, is impossible to find the right PID for a: Heracross Jolly with all 31 IV's that came from a egg. I think this part of the pokesav is more exacly for Wild Pokemon. For eggs, i think the PID number that is set automatically in the "Generate" button of the pokesav, is the right choice to do. Look: This Pid number of the heracross was set automatic in the generate buttom of the pokesav, not in the PID/IV buttom. And if you use a program like this web site: http://users.smogon.com/X-Act/IVtoPID.html To find a PID, or even the "IVPid.exe program" you will never find a PID for a heracross like that. And everybody knows that is possible to have this heracross. (maybe not because i think i set the wrong Ability, how he has the Ability 1 as you can see in the second pic, the right ability for him is swarm and not guts, right??? but i can trade this later and it's not the case of my question....) 3 - I mean the Programs that we find here in this site, not the features in the pokesav. I hope everybody can undestand now. Ok guys, I found my answer some topics below ^^". It's like i was thinking, i just have to put the right PID/IV combination for pokes that aren't from eggs.

? But in the post of Xeomyr he said that ability 1 is class 1, not class 2....... Or I read something wrong, sorry but my english isn't perfect!!! I just can say, for example: If the iv's and nature combination give me more than 1 PID valor, and if my pokémon have only one ability, i can choose any valor of PID that i found. Right?

I'm having a problem with the programs: Legality Checker and IVPID. When i build a: 30 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31 - Naive Azelf - the right Pid is: 1734887689 But looking in Legality Checker with this PID my Azelf has the Ability number 2, and looking in the IVPID program this same PID give me the ability number 1, so who is right??????? And how my Azelf can have the Ability number 2 when Azelf's has only one Ability? Thanks Guys.

Hi guys I have a question about the PID/IV creation process. I'm hacking my own save file of Pokémon Platinum. I'm building a perfect Azelf, Mesprit, Uxie, Rotom and Giratina IV's right now. I got they in game and i'm only changing they date. My question is, for Example: When i try to build a: Modest 31 31 31 31 31 31 Giratina - (I checked and this IV's and Nature Combination is possible) I receive 4 differents valors of PID, they are: 1) Normal D/P or GBA - 1765268040 - Nature: Modest - Ability: 2 - Gender Value: 72 - Hidden Power: Dark 70 2) Normal D/P or GBA - 1750077865 - Nature: Modest - Ability: 1 - Gender Value: 169 - Hidden Power: Dark 70 3) Normal D/P or GBA - 4181880690 - Nature: Modest - Ability: 2 - Gender Value: 114 - Hidden Power: Dark 70 4) Normal GBA - 3095800965 - - Nature: Modest - Ability: 1 - Gender Value: 133 - Hidden Power: Dark 70 The 4º i know is not right because it's for a GBA game only, but and the other 3?????????????? I realized that the only difference between the 1, 2 and 3 valors are the gender and the Ability but, Giratina do not have sex and there is only one ability for him... So, which one i have to choose when this happen???? I choose the first one and the second one to do a test, and using the "Legal.exe" program with this 2 valor there isn't any problem, my Giratina seen perfect like as you can see in the picture Below: Which one Ability (1 or 2) is right to choose when the Pokémon has only one: the number 1 or number 2? I think there is a difference, but i dont know what. And the same thing happen with Rotom. Azelf, Uxie and Mesprit there is only 1 valor of PID for they nature and IV's combination but Azelf and Mesprit has ability 2 and Uxie has ability 1 looking in the Legal.exe program.... I think in the case of Azelf And Mesprit i need to change they ability to 1, but how if the program don't give this possibility for us? So I'm a bit confuse about it. >.<" And one more thing, in the IPID.exe the ability of my Giratina is 1 and in the Legal.exe the ability is 2, using the same number of PID: 1750077865....

Hi guys, First of all i'm Brazilian so if i write something wrong, sorry i'm not fluently in English yet. I'm 24 years old and i love games like everybody here!!! I'm glad that i found this place because I always did my own hacked Pokémon. Is very nice know that there is a place for discuss about. I Play pokémon since R/B/Y and now in D/P/P to do a valid hacked pokemon things are more difficult, because this i'm here. I hope i can help everybody and i can find some help too. And build some nice friendship. Nice to meet everybody!!!
