Edited ROMs can only be played on exploited consoles. Haunter and Scyther were announce to be distributed in E-Mart stores in Korea on February 8th, 15/16th and 22nd 2014. Each date in another store. They will be distributed via trade (like they were distributed in Japan in December). You can trade any Pokémon for them and Haunter/Scyther will evolve into Gengar/Scizor directly after the trade.
