On May 18th, 2020, a Japanese debug version of Pokémon Emerald was leaked. Later on in that year, on September 8th, an English debug version was then leaked. This build is the same as the retail version of Pokémon Emerald in Japan, but with a large amount of debug features accessible + 5 Debug Pokémon inside (1 Treecko in party and 4 in box). The English build pretty much had the localized version of the same debug Pokémon found in the Japanese version. [We will not distribute the Debug ROMs, and it is against our rules to ask for it]1 point -

You would need to recompile it into x86. Going forward after this year that probably won't be possible, but for now it should work. You will need visual studio 2019 community. Download the source from GitHub. Then open it with visual studio. Go to the configuration manager and change it to x86. Then hit build. Pkhex.exe is in the bin folder (or search for it).1 point
