The National Ribbon is only legal on Shadow Pokemon that have been purified.

That Absol originated in LeafGreen. It could never have been a Shadow Pokemon and therefore could never have been purified.

Hi everyone. A while back I bought a lot of japanese pokemon carts from japan. I dumped all the saves that were still there and have just had the time to go through them. On a copy of Pokemon blue I found a mew with the trainer: ルイージ and TID: 39156. I believe this may be a Nintendo Space World '97 Mew?

There shouldn't be any difference. The Pokemon are not generated by the Dream Radar, it just sets some flags to the game to tell which Pokemon to generate. So even if these flags get set by a tool/plugin or whatever the Pokemon will be generated legal in the end.

Fateful encounter location in gen 3 does not transform into fateful encounter on later gens. Obedience flag in gen 3 becomes fateful encounter flag in later gens. For simplicity sake, PKHeX simply called Obedience Flag the Fateful Encounter Flag. Jirachi does not have not have it.

Yep! We were in a different line when we got them. I’ll have to remember to ask him next time I see him lol. I’d like to help if I can, but I’m not sure I understand the logistics of dumping them or contributing them. How does that process work? I’d like to keep my saves as long as they will last lol.

Just made some. To make them shiny, use Method 1 Reverse PID. Gen 3 - Shiny Unown incomplete.sav note: It's gonna be hard to control the forms, since forms is tied to PID in Gen 3. probably easier to simply gen a TID/SID combo that is legal with the PID of existing Unowns additional note: it appears PKHeX doesn't verify the forms legality in terms of location. (edit: it doesn't at time of writing. It does now) it might not check for encounter slot too.
