They can be imported into various games via PKHeX. Example of usage, would be to fill up the GO's dex in HOME. You can use PKHeX's Tools > Data > Load Boxes option to load multiple files at a time. Other Notes For this file to be transferable across games (via HOME) without any stats oddities, you cannot modify any immutable values.
