MOD EDIT: While this game can be loaded in Pokémon Sword, attempting to do any version exclusive stuff (typically in story) has a chance to freeze or crash the game. Use at your own risk! The save file is fully updated with a new save file that contains all the Pokemon currently exist in SWSH. This includes both DLCs. Full Galar Dex [ Base Dex + Isle Of Armor + Crown Tundra ] There are some flags. Do check them but they're all minor flags Missing Pokemon as of now Victini, Volcanion, Diancie, Genesect [ Will add them when they get released ] Pokedex Main Galar Dex - Completed Isle of Armor - Completed Crown Tundra - Completed Main story - Completed Isle of Armor - Completed Crown Tundra - Main 3 quests were completed. Regis, Birds captured Side quests like Alolan Diglett hunting is still active2 points -
Edited ROMs can only be played on exploited consoles. Please do not ask (nor private message me) how to obtain/dump/decrypt/unpack/repack ROMs as that is unrelated to the functionality of this program. Download Link At Bottom of Post pkNX is a ROM editor for the Nintendo Switch Pokémon games with tools to edit various game data. All editors displayed are fully functional. Simply feed it a folder (drag/drop or by File->Open) which contains the game romfs & exefs extracted content folders. Edited files will be saved to a patch folder (named after the game's title ID), and will preferentially load edited files before defaulting back to the unmodified files in the romfs/exefs folders. Edited files are only saved when the program closes, and edits in individual windows can be discarded by hitting Close (X) rather than Save. Randomizers available: Trainer Battles (Pokemon / Items / Moves / Difficulty / Classes) Wild Encounters (Species, Level) Personal Data (Pokemon Types / Stats / TM Learnset) Move Learnset (Level Up) Evolutions etc Download the latest version here (click on latest run at the top, then click Artifacts - published, and download the folder) Source code is available on my GitHub.1 point

Introduction Howdy all. After the nightmare that is the question-fest in the comment section of the Japanese Shiny Tapu Koko, I decided to take my time to write this, in hopes that it will shed light on some questions surrounding this, and also future events. Groundwork in terminology To ensure we are all on the same page, some refresher on the terms that will be used. 3DS region refers to the region that your 3DS belongs to, named as per seen in your system settings page. Examples inside: Game Save Language refers to the language you selected at the start of the game. Wonder Card Language refers to the language of the wonder card, identified by the distribution text and distribution title. That is how our wonder cards are categorized in our Event Gallery. Pokemon Language refers to the language of origin of the Pokemon itself. Most wonder cards are programmed to have the generated Pokemon follow the Game Save Language, as opposed to the Wonder Card Language. Region locked: Event redemption (usually code) only redeemable on that one region. Region Free: Event redemption not restricted by regions. Region Expanded: Event may allow multiple regions, but not all. Now that we are all caught up, more reading! Types of distributions in Generation 7 Right now, these are the primary types of distributions, and how they are categorized: Serial code - Region locked or region expanded Local Wireless - Region Free Nintendo Network - Region locked An example of such a scenario is the Lunar Shiny Magikarp. Also, it appears that for HKTW unique distributions, you can only receive the distribution on EU 3DS, If your game save language is ENG, JPN, KOR, CHS or CHT. (thanks @Kirzi ) [meaning otherwise, you won't be able to receive the wonder card] Region locked options The simplicity of Local Distribution events Most, if not all, of Local Wireless and Infrared Region Free events only broadcast the wonder card in one language, which is normally the native language spoken in that country. Example, events held at Mega Tokyo Pokemon Center in Tokyo, Japan usually have Wonder Card Language as JPN. Events held in some mall in South Korea usually has Wonder Card Language as KOR. And since these events are Region Free, you can go and receive them on any 3DS region. Don't get duped by the Language Tab in a summary screen Ah, that black box that is the stuff of nightmares. During the release of the JPN Tapu Koko, people thought that only one that bears the "JPN" can be legit. WRONG. The language of the Pokemon (that we know is generated by Game Save Language) isn't the same as 3DS Region. It'll show up as long as language of Pokemon is different from game save language. Here's an example of the Legal Tapu Koko. As you can see, name and language is ENG, language tag doesn't appear (because game save language is same as PKM language), and 3DS Region is JP, meaning it's completely legal. It is possible for an event to force the pkm language to match the wonder card language, but so far it's only done on Ash-Greninja. Always be aware if the event is Region Locked, and whether it forces the Language of the Pokemon to follow Wonder Card Language. PS: PKHeX isn't programmed to deal with region locked events, as the wonder card themselves doesn't show whether it is region locked. So you may have a Pokemon with the wrong region, and PKHeX wouldn't correct you on it. Conclusion And there you have it. I've imparted all the knowledge I know regarding this. Make good use of this information. I'll give you a potato for surviving this long post, but I can't. Feel free to ask questions, However, anyone who posts questions that have the answers in this, (basically giving me the impression that you didn't read this) shall be royally punished. Haven't thought of how. Do we have any form of community service here, I wonder?1 point

Hello everyone I'm a new user and I want to share a save of my complete game with all competitive pokemon, the language of the game is in Spanish but with the pkhex you can edit the id and all that. You also have some teams created so you can use them freely to your liking. I hope I can help someone and if they want I can also share my other games 100% of each game1 point -
Drop the pcdata into the PKHeX window, like you can do for any prior save. Keep in mind the error message is meant to be read and understood; you can't use pcdata files from different (past) versions.1 point

Hi there people! I was doing some research on how exactly e-reader cards work. I could figure out a bunch myself but now i'm stuck on the way the .vpk files inside a e-card are compressed. When I decompress a .vpk file with CaitSith2's nevpk tool, everything goes well, but when I compress it back the "recompressed" .vpk looks totally different from the original compressed .vpk (when looking at hexadecimals). When decompressing with the tool, no option can be chosen, but when compressing, you can pick options like LZwindow, LZsize, Method 0 or 1 and Level 0, 1, 2 or 3. Can someone explain to me if it is actually possible to decompress a .vpk file and then compress it back so that the newly compressed file is exactly the same as the original compressed file? I want to know this, because then we know what exact compression Nintendo used for their e-reader cards, which is really interesting to me. Thank you very much for reading and possibly responding! Okay, sorry for double posting, but I managed to look through the save data and recreate the Mew faithfully, complete with correct IV and EV stats, thanks to the position @Gridelin pointed out and some help from @SadisticMystic and @ZappedAmpharos on the Discord. Here's the full Mew hex data. And here's my recreation in Rhydon, since it was a gen 1 specific editor. So yeah, recreated from the hex data, here's the Mew Machine from my Pokemon Blue save data! This Mew's been through a lot. When I was a kid, one of my friends stole it through Pokemon Stadium, but thankfully he reluctantly traded it back to me. If he didn't I would've had no way of archiving it. [Edit: Mew file removed to avoid confusion.] Here's also the save file that I fixed by deleting the corrupted Pokemon, and injected Mew back into. Gonna' reupload the save to my cartridge. Pokémon Blue Version.sav1 point
