My first would be Empoleon; for the first time, they actually made a good designed Water-starter (with swampert being second). And also, the first Water S.Atk Pokémon!

I think Kingdra comes around the 3rd and afterward. Why? It`s because of it`s awesome design and amazing type-combo. I've yet to see a more powerful Water/Dragon type.

My favorite is very obvious - water-type, empoleon & gyarados in particular. the current moveset for my empoleon @ leftovers: (surf, hail, blizzard & earthquake) great!

i also prefer dragon types. i don't like to use legendaries, they are for my collection only.

I'm not sure I can pick a clear favorite for this type. The Squirtle line will always have it's place with me, but I also like Totodile (though not it's evolutions), and Wooper is hilarious. Piplup and Vaporeon are probably close as well.

I generally don't like Psychic types... but I do make exceptions and have one favorite and is perhaps one of my top favorite Pokemon... and it's Mewtwo. My second favorite is Gardevoir...
