You can edit the event pokemon's region and country so it looks like it came from Japan. Even without that, they pass through wifi trades and battle spots.

You can recive the pokemon and after edit it with the PKHeX to change the region, ecc..

Unfortunately you can't extract wc6 with a powersave, so the only thing I can think about would be using cybergadget if you have a japanese game+console.

Or, you can trade your charizard to a thrusted member so that he can contribute the pk6 file on the dedicated thread.

Yes, you can inject them but you will have to edit them in PKHex once redeem to change the origin game and regions otherwise it won't be a legit event.

And yes, you can inject multiple wc6 at a time using Ram2SAV. Just load your save in pKHex > Wondercards > Insert each wc6 in the desired slot > Inject back your save
