src was obtained by running it through a disassembler & changing the strings, you can do the same (dotpeek, net reflector, ilspy).

I do have a copy of the english b2w2 src on my github.

Why is it only compatible with the US version of Black 2 and White 2? I'd like to edit my Black 2 ROM which isn't in English.

I am sorry to bother with such goofy questions, but this program has me completely confused-How do I get it to work with pokemon Black/White and Black/White2? Kinda want to just edit some abilities and base stats of pokemon, but some of the links aren't even working there anymore. Plus while I apparently have .NET framework in my pc, it isn't the default option-Where can I find the proper exe to run this thing?

(The currently existing Fairy-type patch for B2W2 changes the offsets, so it does not work with them, I'd like to fork a version that has the appropriate offsets).

I'm sorry. I was able to correct the Japanese version with two files on the top page.

Original prc_bw2 (B2W2)

There was "exe" in the debug file.

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I'm having an issue with this Rom editor that I haven't seen addressed in the thread so far.

I want to edit a Randomized Pokemon ROM of BW/B2W2, but change the base stats after I randomized the ROM to correspond to new types/type colours (I've done this without issue using Gen 3/Gen 4 Pokemon games with other editors), and using this editor it only seems to work with Vanilla, non-randomized ROM's. When I try any randomization, all the Pokemon's stats become nonsense, and it gives me an error (Unhandled Exception).

Is there a way around this, or is this just the way this program works? I'm fairly new to ROM hacking, and this seemed like the most user friendly editor for DS games (as it can edit the ROM's directly), as I don't quite understand how to use the other editors that require extracting .NARC files yet.

Hello, I know this is a old thread but I was wondering if anyone has figured out a method of using PRC on the new PBBVW Redux edition, I've attempted all of the old PRC versions but i keep getting the same unhandled exception error when clicking on any pokemon.

As has been stated multiple times throughout this thread, this program is only built for specific ROMs that have not been adjusted. You're trying to use the Vanilla BB2/VW2 version on "redux" which is a different ROM build.

Brother I understand that much, I was just curious if anyone had any info that could help, I ended up editing the narc data myself, thank you for your time.
