    Update: I found the shiny check, which roughly translates to while pid is shiny, pid +=1.

    That is because the true percentage is 65535^2/2^19 or ~8191.75. Since there is an extra spread within the 65535 seed range due to the TID/SID combination, the chance goes up considerably. The PRNG for pokemon channel is seeded down to the nanosecond so every number in the 32bit range can be hit within a relatively short period. And until the menu button is mapped and applied, it is assumed that it is the same chances as the normal game. Even flipping the bits (or not) via the broken check may not affect the right PIDs to lower/raise the chance.

    It is hard to say because there is some stuff happening after you press the button to give you the Jirachi. Whether or not that contrives the PIDs/IVs that are possible is debated, mainly because the PPC is still being interpreted. I personally believe that it probably doesn't and there are 528k possibilities (roughly?).

    @BlackShark, It's a funny story actually. Everyone thought @Slashmolder made a typo when doing the research. It turns out to be exactly right. The check was broken. It was confirmed by @Amab yesterday or the day before.

    I don't think it will be possible to get all gen 6/7 wc6full because of things like local wireless and infrared distributions. With regards to legality, and generating pokemon, the 264 bytes is enough. Also I am not sure what is in the WCFULL that is not in the WC. Whenever I ask, nobody can give me a structure map. EDIT: I know the message you get when you receive the wondercard is in the WCFULL. I suppose to some people that is important? Doesn't change the fact that we will never be able to get all of them.

    I suppose it depends on what someone wants to learn or do. Distribute fake WCs at an event, then yeah a distribution ROM would be nice. Answer a handful of technical questions, also nice. Collecting? Not really necessary as 100% of the info is in the WC.

    EDIT: I don't think Gen 6 ever distribution carts? I think it was all done on PC/internet. And we have all gen 6/7 wondercards. So it is a novelty even if it exists. It would only be useful for the distribution certificate. As for Gen 5, it would be nice, but it is so far removed from current generations and the 3DS, that dumping any kind of information like certificates, protocols, etc is useless. It is too late, and in my opinion the value is not there anymore. If someone has the Gen 6 encryption certificate/protocol and truly did distribute a fake wondercard at VGC, then it would be interesting to look at that dump. However still not relevant to Gen 7, as they primarily use serial codes it seems (laziness I suppose).

    So to confirm what @Bond697 said, if someone magically is able to get the slave payload to work with another master ROM, the jirachi would (at the very least) have the wrong PID algorithm result due to how the seeding works. That is granted we can get the global variables to match up, which sounds difficult (impossible?) using a master ROM from the wild.

    Ash Pikachu is like that (multi-obtainable). @Kirzi is predicting all Pikachus will be the same WCID, including rereleases.

    EDIT: I made a mistake. @Bond697 said the item is determined by a number in the master ROM. I think this is the seed, right? @Bond697 said the algorithm for the held berry is (x << 0x10 & 0x30000) >> 0x10 & 1 which essentially boils down to x & 1, where 0 is ganlon, and 1 is salac. This is supported by all except for one of the negaiboshi that I have.

    @Bond697, you did confirm that there is no LCRNG in sample0519, which indicates that most likely most, if not all data for the PKM is in IWRAM. This would include species, PID, moves, etc. Which makes sense since for example with the 5th anniversary eggs, there is a random pokemon chosen, with a % chance of a shiny pichu. They probably set the data in IWRAM, and then the slave simply copies it via PKM format. That means sample0519 in both of those events are interchangeable/universal.

    @Purin, @Bond697 got back to me and said the slave payload simply copies what is in RAM in PKM format to the save game. So your list has to be changed a little. The first thing it does is copy/generate the fields used to make the PKM. The slave payload does the checking and such, and then copies those fields in PKM format to the save game. Unfortunately, unlike the newer standard multiboot roms, the generation is not done on the slave payload. Bond, can you confirm other details?

    Regarding the missing Mystic Tickets, unless the mystery gift message/title are different, I bet they are exactly the same. Do we know what the message/title could have been?

    @theSLAYER did you already try to change your OTG and get the event again? Can you receive it again? I am very curious about what they record. Maybe someone needs to record the outgoing data (@SciresM).

    Thankfully there isn't much to change. The only info pertaining to the event is in the flyer. They could limit the gender to male, or change the TID/SID. So instead of 000051517, they could do 606051517, or 000170515, or 606170515. I doubt they are going to change it though.

    I think the last Lycanroc that was on the server matches, so I bet it will be the same data.

    Thank you @katsuya! I would also like to thank other users who have sent in WCs privately. Since they did not post them publicly, I am not sure if they want to be named. It means quite a bit to me that we have people who are part of the korean community (or at least live in Korea).
