On Friday October 28th, 2022 at 16:00 EDT Zorua was re-released in Pokémon Go following up its failed launch on Tuesday October 25th, 2022. Zorua would show up on the map disguised as one of the buddy Pokemon players had had adventure with them that day. Once caught, the Pokémon would revert back into Zorua At 17:19 EDT a post was made on TheSilphRoad of a player claiming to have used their Go Plus to catch one of these Zorua; however, instead of reverting back to Zorua the Pokémon remained a Mewtwo. As it turned out, Zorua would retain the species that they had displayed on the map if they were caught using a Pokémon Go Plus or a Pokéball Plus. Shinyness was not retained & the IVs/level of the Pokémon would be randomly generated (Level 1-30, IV floor 0) but could be affected by weather boosts (Level 5-35, IV floor 4) based on the species being retained. It is unknown at this time if Pokémon caught with this method had any shiny chance at all. This meant that Pokémon caught through this method could be found at lower levels than ever before, as well as with IV floors never seen before in Go. It is worth noting that since players could only use the Pokémon Go Plus/Pokéball Plus for this glitch to occur, only Pokémon caught in a regular Pokéball could be obtained. PokéMiners User FakeJoesReal reported capturing a level 1 Mew using this method in the PokéMiners Discord which was spread quickly across Twitter. While GildNilson reported catching multiple low level Victini. By October 28th at 18:04 EDT Niantic disabled all Bluetooth pairing within Pokémon Go rendering the use of this glitch impossible. As an added measure Zorua had its ability to disguise itself as legendary/Mythical Pokémon removed temporarily. At 19:12 EDT on October 28th, 2022 Niantic announced that Zorua that failed to transform when caught would be changed to Zorua at a later date. As of the time of writing - this has not happened yet but the post will be updated with information when it does. FakeJoesReal transferred their level 1 Mew into Home at 20:08 EDT on October 28th and sent it to me to be preserved. Project Pokemon user Q8yShadow then backed up the EH1 and PH1. GileNilson transferred their Level 3 Victini into Pokémon Home at 19:53 EDT on October 28th, 2022 and send it to be preserved. @Sibuna_Switch then backed up the Pokémon from Home. These two Pokémon can be found as downloads in this thread. Additional documentation as well as more Pokémon are being worked on and this post will be updated as more comes in. Can someone give me a save file of Heart Gold with matching Trainer and Secret IDs? I'd also like the trainer to be named SHINY, if that's not too hard for anyone. Thanks in advance.

While Project Pokemon has preserved a copy of the Original Color Magearna, there is no copy of the Lv10 glitched one with ribbons. Does anyone have one that they are willing to contribute?

Would anybody be able to get me a pair of these? DPP/HGSS. Somebody on YouTube sent me a couple saves and when I tried to get shinnies, I could never find a single one. No matter how many wild encounters I did. I could send somebody the 2 saves I have to see if something needs to be changed. i wasn't too bothered by it. Can't miss what you never had, right? But my friend and I wanna make a shiny living dex together and this would save a ton of time.

Randomizing fossil IVs doesn't seem to default to at least 3 best IVs. Mew and Zacian/Zama work with randomizing 3 best IVs (both batch editing or clicking "Randomize IVs"). Is there a way to get the fossils to also default to 3 best IVs in order to make randomizing easier and keep it legal? AFAIK fossils must come with at least 3 perfect IVs.

Hello everyone, for a very long time now I have been wanting to plan something like this for Pokemon generation four. Before I jump into it I want to address a well known, very difficult, and very time consuming glitch known as the Cute Charm Glitch. Now for those that don't know, this glitch allows you to encounter shiny Pokemon 20% of the time based on the cute charm Pokemon you have, your trainer ID and of course your secret ID. This is one of the very popular glitches people try/want to use in Pokemon generation four, the problem is not many have the patience to use it. Anyways back to what I was saying before, for years now I have known about the glitch and learned everything I needed to know about such glitch. One day I came up with a slick idea to circumvent the time consuming process and make it so EVERYONE (yes this means you too) can enjoy the glitch at will. I was able to figure out a way to manipulate the trainer ID and secret ID in the RAM, with a little help from a good friend of mine, we were able to put together a code that allowed us to TEMPORARILY change both of our original ID's to whatever ID's we desired, once we were done our original ID's returned to normal again. In this case however with my knowledge of the Cute Charm Glitch, I whipped up a complete set of ID's to use for every single type of encounter that you can think of related to the glitch (I made sure that every single encounter type was there personally). After getting that portion of the code whipped up I decided to create the codes for the Cute Charm Pokemon themselves as you need one of those to make the glitch work. Everything worked out in the end, it is now possible to use the Cute Charm Glitch WITHOUT having to do the whole time consuming process that was originally involved. No save wiping needed anymore either, so no need to make a ton of backups lol. I released these codes in my v2.1.0 update back in October, I meant to post these sooner rather than later but ended up wrapped up with other things. I really hope these come in handy for everyone! As a side note, some have asked me what "DSJ" stands for as that is the OT the Pokemon has, it stands for my name DeadSkullzJr. Note: I will not guarantee this list to be finalized as I may improve the codes more to prevent any sort of issues these codes may bring to their respected games. I prefer being thorough about making codes so I can ensure only the best for everyone and not some silly joke(s). IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT use the Pokemon provided by the codes for online use, yes they are legal however this code as well as the Pokemon themselves were NOT made as a way to exploit or gain any sort of advantage in battles and or trades. These cheats are for educational/fun purposes, please respect my request/wishes and only use it for its exact purpose and nothing more. Thank you. WARNING: Do NOT hold R while saving the game with these cheat codes, you will permanently overwrite your Trainer ID and your Secret ID if you do. Hi, It's the first time something like this happened to me, so I thought I'd share. I was playing the game on GameCube via Game Boy Player (using Game Boy Interface), the game was running from Everdrive-GBA X5 using LeafGreen Rev.1 English ROM. I was going through Victory Road like normal, then Repel ran out. I wanted to apply another one, but I couldn't scroll up/down through my bag, although I could change the bag pockets. When I returned to the overworld, my player sprite and one of the boulders were invisible, and the rest of the sprites became garbage. Sometimes the screen was riddled with green vertical lines. The game finally crashed when I viewed one of my Pokemon's data. Here's the video of the glitch. Excuse the slightly vulgar voice commentary. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJm52Qwt1es Thankfully, I saved the game when the glitch was in progress. After loading the game most of the glitchyness is gone, but the player sprite and one of the boulders are still invisible. When you try to move said boulder, some weird stuff can happen to other sprites in the area (see screenshots). The game doesn't seem to crash anymore, the vertical lines are gone, and items in bag can be chosen normally. Going to another floor seems to fix this glitch entirely, I was able to beat the rest of the game without issues. There were no cheats used, although admittedly two of my Pokemon were artificially created in PKHeX. With that said, they were normally traded from another GBA that I have using a link cable - the LeafGreen save was never edited. I have attached the save file, just in case anyone wants to mess around with it. Any idea what has happened? Did anyone else come across such weird glitch? I'm asking just out of pure curiousity.
