Nice find! Any idea what it might have been attributed to in the first place?

Now it's displaying as 'Invalid' in the PKHeX interface. The thing is, when I click on the icon indicator, the alert states that it's 'Legal!' Any ideas on if this has turned it invalid? Refer to the following screen capture. Dropbox upload of associated .pk3 file.
