  1. PKHeX makes a backup of any file you modify in the PKHeX/bak folder.
  2. Here's my recent Crystal VC playthrough with no legendaries caught yet, saved in front of Celebi. CelebiReady.dat
  3. If you do a legit trade from the virtual console version of gen 1 to the virtual console version of gen 2, those question marks are corrected and don't appear. They only appear if you trade from non-VC gen 1 to non-VC gen 2, or if you put the pk1 directly into gen 2 with PKHeX.
  4. I have it. Last time I tried to give someone a self-compiled version of PKHeX, my post was removed. Hopefully I'm allowed to post this since it's an official release: https://www.sendspace.com/file/o8izvy
  5. An old member of PokeCommunity Welcome!

  7. You can fix it by opening the save up in a hex editor like HxD and copy-pasting everything, which will of course change the file size from 64 KB to 128 KB. I just did this for your save myself and the result is attached. Every time you dump the save you'll have to do this again. 00040000002DEE00.gbavc.sav
