1. Error is still here and seem to haven't changed... I backed up System.Drawing.dll and edited that backup copy... Everything seems okay? Under the error, there was stuff "mscorlib", "System.Windows.Forms" and few other stuff - all but A-Save with Win32 Version as "4.0.30319.1 built by: RTMRel" and another versions which was "4.0.0.0" (A-Save had 1.0.0.0 on both) plus CodeBase which had files' location Also, why second line of Sprites error seems to not link to anything? PC, y u hate me? (Guess I'll need to use original Enciclopedia (or translated one) which works fine... How does it use pictures? It does use .NET Framework, as I proved by picking FRLG and opening Emerald The error goes for similar files (like System.Windows.Forms). Interestingly, the original (Spanish?) has error entirely English and as such the mysterious version seems to be "Assembly Version" (here it seems to be... 2.0.0.0? while Win32 version is 2.0.50727.42(RTM.050727-4200) - wait, what?) but the English version has error in my language with the versions the same as for A-Save. Both have no problems with sprites and icons, anyway.)
2. Drifloon. It's pink, it has black ears and one of its species is seen as prodigy in spin-off. (That was Cherrim's Sunshine Form; in Battle Revolution it stays in euphoria even while fainting)
3. (Yes, yes it is: - \A-Save has .exe and changelog - \A-Save\Data ha PSavFix.exe and Images - \A-Save\Data\Images has Icons, Sprites, minus.png, plus.png and spots.png - \A-Save\Data\Images\Icons has 884 files while \Sprites has... 1772? [wait why it's now 1772 and not what it was when I extracted it first time? WinRAR, wut ur doing]) Save is rather unrelated. I checked with multiple (read: three) saves. I even checked with on a game that was untouched (minus getting the starter and saving so A-Save won't freak out). Didn't woork. (And I don't think you feel like adding text-based interface)
4. (Why it uses / when my PC uses \ for folders? Also, since Windows has been reinstalled few times, PC doesn't recognize the .rar extension and manually setting WinRar to be used to open that extension doesn't work. So I had to do it manually. Again. What. ...Damn, this PC is old. Oldest thing dates back to July 2007 though I also had Windows 98 so it's probably even older. ...why every error defaults to Egg's sprite/icon? [well except spots' error])
5. 2666 Files,5 Folders... (Wait, where these extra 4 files came from? Icons have 887 files, sprites 1774, there's plus, minus, spinda spots... Another weird thing is that sprites and icons add up to 2661, but there are THREE files in Images, not four. And I switched hidden files and folders on... So I re-extracted the .rar file and the amount of files is now correct, but error still pops up.)
6. Yeah, I extracted the folder with WinRar and launched A-Save.exe (The antivirus is suspicious about file [which is damn weird because it didn't found any viruses. It's suspicious ONLY because "low reputation/prevalence of the file"] and was analysising it for good 2 minutes and... longer, so I had to restart PC and then add the file to the white list so it wouldn't analyse i- ... FREAKING ANTIVIRUS. DON'T TELL ME HE IS SUSPICIOUS ABOUT THE PICTURES TOO?! Ugh!) Hmm... I removed it from white list and changed to the thing to ask me what I want to do if it's suspicious about file - so I said it to open it normally. The error still pops up... I don't think it's related to antivirus.
7. Weird, it fails to load the pictures and icons for me... even though A-Save works for me (it didn't before you updated it to work with Microsoft .NET 4.0) Clicked Party/Storage; Changed Box Hovered over Pokémon in Party Spinda spots from Pokédex In the end, the error message also says something about JIT (just-in-time) debugging.
8. Hit, because quark. Next person plays Metroid.
9. Normal-type Fighting-type Flying-type Poison-type Ground-type Rock-type Bug-type Ghost-type Steel-type Fire-type Water-type Grass-type Electric-type Psychic-type Ice-type Dragon-type Dark-type
10. https://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=5390378 https://www.pokecheck.org/?p=detail&uid=5188243 Two Skitty from Generation 3. With Normalize, which is a Generation IV Ability. That's impossible, because game rechecks PID for Ability only upon evolution. Skitty evolves via Moon Stone - that kind of evolution cannot be stopped. That means this kind of situation is possible only on Delcatty. The Pay Day on Skitty is legal, though. (Also, why Pay Day shows up as 6?) @DOWN^2 It should say "Valid (event exclusive move)."
11. Well, you can use Pokécheck. When checking downloadable Pokémon, there should be button "Queue for transfer to Generation 5" (obviously this won't appear if it's already there) You can also use "Queue selected gen 4 Pokémon for PokéTransfer to gen5" from "Manage my Pokémon". There's also that "Import Generation 4 .pkm as Generation 5 Pokémon" on the same screen. Remember that you can upload .zip folder containing .pkm files which all have to be from either G4 or G5, can't be mixed. Are there other ways? I dunno, maybe someone other knows other way.
12. Betcha you can't find slower internet than... THIS! 73.75 KB/s download and 32.5 KB/s upload.
13. 251.9m or 826.443 feet above sea.
14. Five is a nice number. It would be a ssssshame if sssssomething happened to it...
15. Dear Find__Tab, you have been banned for following reason: You failed to find the Tab button and complete the mission. Duration: Until you can find the Tab button.
16. You can obtain Lv. 47 Amoongus on Route 22 at quantity of two. They're both disguised as items. The same thing. Once you acquire Waterfall, you can find two disguised Amoongus at Lv. 47; whereas tall grass Amoonguss are level 41 in that area.
17. Guys, I have found a bit old Notepad file when I was messing with cheat code to change Pokémon... You may want to check this or something. (The decoy thing is Arceus leftover according to SkyJEditor; note that I didn't do anything with this for almost a year so I don't really remember too much of this. In other words, I can't really say how much of this is 100% correct; and yeah, some of it is incorrect grammatically.)
18. Hmm, there are few things that are odd... 361 - Works like Rock Smash. Excavate leftover? In Rescue Team, there is dummied out TM for Excavate, which works like Rock Smash. 362 - Some move. Seems to have 1-tile range; Spin Slash leftover? again, there was similar thing in Rescue Team 363 - looks like regular attack 364 - seems to be Luminous Orb 365 - has animation of Sweet Scent; inflicts Sleep 366 - Radar Orb! 367 - Rollcall Orb 368 - does absolutely nothing, not even "but move failed" thing. 467 - Bullseye! It's Judgment! Oddly enough, animation plays on user. Hits entire room ala Discharge, takes on user's primary type. (Charizard's Judgment was resisted by Kabuto and Shellder; Pikachu's was super-effective on Shellos) 561-563 - Weird. The moves are named after Pokémon; the description is of a throwing item; the straight line kind. 561 has "Grovyle, Standby 1"; 562 glitches characters; 563 has again Grovyle thing but freezes game. 564 - says "Not now." while the game oddly changes from dim to illuminated and then plays Discharge animation (minus hitting part); then freezes game if something certain happens (you opening menu, enemy using move, dunno what else) 565 - grovyle, standby1; freezes 566 - "Fujimi O-nishi"; animation goes 2 tiles instead of one.
19. So, is there anything I can help with? (Explorers of Sky here obviously) Hmm... So, I checked the moves I had on my Charizard. – SmokeScreen – Fire Fang – Flamethrower – Focus Punch SkyJEd gave me this: TL – 37 TR – 522 BL - 53 BR - 75 Then I taught him TM (I had backup of the save so it didn't matter if I screwed something; plus I always could relearn it) Attract over SmokeScreen. SkyJEd gave me this: TL – 522 TR - 53 BL - 75 BR – 326 Unlike main series, new moves end up at the bottom. So 326 is Attract; 75 is Focus Punch; 53 is Flamethrower; 522 is Fire Fang and 37 is SmokeScreen... First move is at top left, second at top right, third at bottom left and fourth at bottom right. List of moves (currently up to 102) Note: You may need to look from Chimecho Assembly if the moves you modified are on the Pokémon currently in the team (didn't check how to update the list accessible from main menu with Item, Team, Job List, etc.)
20. Why wouldn't you be able to trade it back? And also, places like Aspertia City show as "faraway place" in original game (since G4, that happens to locations that didn't appear in earlier games, like New Bark in DPPt or Battle Frontier in DP); wouldn't Dream Radar be the same?
21. Well, thanks. (Good to know; this thread only says about C-gear skins... except that one post quoted at the top of page)
22. C-Gear skin request! (I also wonder, is there is similar thread for Pokédex skins?)
23. Alakazam. No matter the weather, no matter the situation, you will always see a smile on my face!
24. Confused where they mean base stats or EVs... Also, one part of Guardian Signs became hilarious when you now look at it.
25. I assume the AI value "effects" are cumulative, right? And how high value has to be for AI to switch? The earliest game I saw AI switching is Emerald, with Sidney from E4 doing that (so presumably value has to be quite high, considering it's Elite Four) but it might also happen in FRLG, though I am not sure. Bold are correct, italic is the correct English name. 0 - Youngster 1 - Ace Trainer (male) 2 - Pokémon Ranger (male) 3 - Pokémon Breeder (male) 4 - Researcher Scientist (male) (technically, Researcher is their Japanese name in G3, DPPt and G5; in others it's "Researcher Gone Astray") 5 - Hiker 6 - Skinhead Roughneck (again Japanese name... well technically Japanese name is plural not singular) 7 - Day-Care student Preschoooler (male) 8 - Lass 9 - Ace Trainer (female) 10 - Pokémon Ranger (female) 11 - Pokémon Breeder (female) 12 - Researcher Scientist (female) 13 - Parasol Lady 14 - Nurse 15 - Day-Care student Preschoooler (female) 16 - Hiker (Young) Backpacker (male) 17 - Hiker (Young) Backpacker (female) 18 - Veteran (male) 19 - Veteran (female) 20 - Schoolkid School Kid (male) 21 - Schoolkid School Kid (female) (yeah, not really that wrong) 22 - Psychic (male) 23 - Psychic (female) 24 - Karate (male) Black Belt 25 - Karate (female) Battle Girl 26 - Clerk (male) Clerk (regular male) 27 - Clerk (female) Clerk (boss male) 28 - Book Girl (female) Clerk (female) (Wait, what? There are male girls? lol) 29 - Maid (female) Maid (This isn't Waitress, this is Maid which has no male counterpart. [Waitress has Waiter, Maid has no one]) 30+ - Resets to Youngster (everything checked on Japanese White 2, as I mentioned earlier with AI problems) ...I wonder how many characters can fit in one line of dialogue (since it seems you can only use two [game just proceeds after second line no matter if there's something after that you added in editor], despite editor allowing for more). Also, if I recall correctly, while you can enter 16 characters into Trainer's name in the editor, only 13 will be displayed in-game (though it seems the field in brackets thing can fit only 12 characters, but should be fine when shown in other places; have no idea about the actual limit on Trainer class) EDIT: >looks at the corrected list *facepalm* Why you're still using the old names? There's no trainer like "Skinhead Roughneck", only Skinhead in Japanese games or Roughneck in English games. Discounting Trainers you've got correct earlier, here we go... 4 - Scientist (male) 6 - Rougneck 7 - Preschoooler (male) 12 - Scientist (female) 15 - Preschooler (female) 16 - Backpacker (male) 17 - Backpacker (female) 20 - School Kid (male) 21 - School Kid (female) 24 - Black Belt 25 - Battle Girl 26 - Clerk (regular male) 27 - Clerk (boss male) 28 - Clerk (female) 29 - Maid That happens when you Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V.
