  1. Off the top of my head, there’s a Gen 6 event (here) or Gen 7 event (here) with Surf as one of the moves. Drag the wonder card directly into your box, change the origin game and region to match event details. Besides those 2, there's also an in-game Pikachu that can be received in USUM (here). For this, you can change OT, TID, SID to yours. Region can simply follow your game. Note: PKHeX doesn’t flag it if the region details is wrong, make sure double check which region 3DS can receive the event. The file and region info would be listed on our Downloads > Event Gallery.
  2. There's a reason why I said don't use Gen 3. Gen 3 Pokémon PID-IVs-Nature values are connected, so you cannot just change one and ignore the rest. Since you're new to PKHeX, I'm guessing you don't know how to correct it. [We have a guide here, but it might be too advanced for you presently, hence why I recommended against it.] Okay. Advice I can give you: do not create a Pokémon from scratch. It is easier to modify something that exist. Use Pokémon files originating from the correct generation. Here's a mini-guide for your situation. 1. Download a Gen 2 save from here. 2. Open the Gen 2 save, and drag the Butterfree icon onto your Desktop. (It should be a .pk2 file) 3. Now open your Gen 7 save, and drag the Butterfree .pk2 into the save. Now you have a Gen 2 Butterfree in your Gen 7 save. All you have to do is change the Trainer Name, Trainer ID, Moves. It's definitely possible, using the steps I've described above. Image below shows a Butterfree from Gen 2 that I just edited. If you're not getting it, it'll be because you're doing something wrong.
  3. Luma3DS game patching sometimes conflict with installed game update. Uninstall the game update via 3DS settings. That's the only one I can think of presently.
  4. Like I said, it can only be learned in a Gen II or Gen III game. So making it a relearn move will still make it illegal. If you're new to PKHeX, I recommend setting the origin game to Gold, Silver or Crystal, as it is less complicated. After that, just solve the legality flags that will show up. Do some trial and error, so that you familiarize yourself with PKHeX.
  5. @Ragolay what is the origin game shown on your Butterfree? (See the arrow in the image below) I'm assuming the origin game is either a Gen 6 or Gen 7 game, due to your Butterfree having relearn moves. Butterfree only learns Nightmare in Gen II or Gen III. Hence why PKHeX says it cannot know Nightmare, because origin game is wrong. Also our site communicates via English. I'll try to keep my answers simple, so that it works with translator programs.
  6. The issue is less with "disallowing downloading" (since you already downloaded the files), but more of "restricting folder access and modifying of files". I don't know what anti-virus you have, you gotta check it out yourself.
  7. Well it's usually there when people download a new file. If it's not the Unblock, not your anti-virus, and you've extracted it properly, then I've got no clue what the problem could be. @Kaphotics could we just send over the folder with the config file? I'm asking cause I'm not sure if the inner folder name (inside %LocalAppData%\ ProjectPokémon) is computer unique or the same for all users.
  8. The config file is generated upon launching PKHeX. Try Right Click on PKHeX, Properties and Unblock
  9. I'm wondering if it's your anti-virus stopping you from creating the required folders and config file. Also, mind showing a screenshot of the folder containing PKHeX?
  10. Well, what I can say is follow the table. If US/NA Serial code or Nintendo Network event, use SPA wonder card. If Infrared/Local Wireless, follow whatever requirements listed on the wonder card page. Also make sure you used gifts that can be received on USUM. SM only gifts are an obvious no-go. Anything else, use your own judgment based on whatever been said here or on first post. Also, wonder card dates are based on 3DS date, so it isn't really an issue. (one can change their 3DS' date to an unrealistic date before receiving the event. It does garner suspicion, though)
  11. Presently, it doesn't appear they don't check wonder card on saves, but who knows when they'll decide to. Not just the region has to be correct, but the language has to be correct as well. In any case, it's at your own risk.
  12. then sync? what sync you referring to, game sync? In any case, I won't say it's as simple as that (not that I'm entirely sure what you're referring to). Basically, if you're worried about Legality, take note of what event is or isn't region free, and what language options for the wonder card is possible for that event. There's no clear cut 100% accurate one liner answer, hence why the first post even exists.
  13. scan the QR code in ORAS via the Secret Base PC, or use the tutorial below
  14. Presently, it appears to be a cosmetic change. However, since it was given it's own stats in the gamemaster, and using &costume in the search bar doesn't list it as one. The "no form registered" in Pokédex is another thing to take note of as well, as you described. It's presently a unique situation: either an alternate form with different stats, with the form not being recorded in Pokédex, or a cosmetic change with separate stats from the original form. I can't help but to think that Niantic messed up in terms of programming/coding it as one or the other, Wouldn't be their first time messing up after all. Well in any case, I'm keeping extras *in case it could be transferred*, even though I don't expect it to be able to. I mean, some Pokémon don't retain their form changes after battle (Castform, Cherrim for example), and I don't expect those alternate forms for those to be transferable too, but without precedent (using Let's Go transfers) as an example, it's hard to know which scenario is correct for sure...
  15. Urgh, I guess people used them all without saying which ones they used. Here, some more.
