Before I begin this article, I need to acknowledge that the information came from Chrales and Kelven91. Without dedicated and hardworking Pokémon GO dataminers, no one would ever have such information way in advance. Initially found in the gamemaster as "NOEVOLVE" (6 days ago, as of writing), it appears that it has now been changed to "SHADOW" and "PURIFIED". Though notably, Wurmple is now missing from the Shadow/Purified list. Images from Kelven91 While the concept of Shadow Pokémon and Purification is reminiscent of mechanics from Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD, the one main change from there appears to be that the Shadow Pokémon seems to be the result of Team Rocket's invasion of Pokéstops. Along the same vein, Purification appears to be a Quest. Images sourced from Chrales Now, some trivia and a little snippet of history: 1. Shadow Pokémon (Dark Pokémon in Japanese) were introduced in Pokémon Colosseum, and the mechanic was also used in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. These Pokémon "shut the doors to their hearts", becoming soulless fighting machines. They cannot: level up, evolve, be nicknamed, or receive changes to it's moves. Some of their moves are replaced by Shadow Moves, and purification will replace the Shadow moves with standard movesets. 2. Pokémon TCG had a sub-class of Pokémon that turned "evil" when utilized by Team Rocket, and they were known as Dark Pokémon, not to be confused with Dark type Pokémon. Though in a later revival of the TCG mechanic, Dark Pokémon functioned as a dual-type, with Dark type as their secondary typing (if they already had a non-colorless primary typing). No 'purification' mechanic existed for Dark Pokémon, though. Image from bulbapedia. 3. Pokkén Tournament featured a Shadow Mewtwo (Dark Mewtwo in Japanese). It's Shadow status was due to the influence of the Shadow Synergy Stone that merged with it. It was subsequently restored to normal when the stone was separated from it. First of, to be certain, redownload PKHeX from our site. How are you attempting the transfer, and what's the error message/problem? Just saying "will not transfer" isn't enough. For reference sake, what I normally do is: 1. Load a Gen 1/2 save in one window, load a Gen 7 save in another. 2. Drag the sprite from a Gen 1/2 save, and drop it on Desktop. It becomes a PK1/PK2 file. 3. Now, drag the PK2 into the UM main window. Another method, is simply dragging it across. On my end, both methods works normally, as seen below: You probably could list the steps you take, and take a screenshot of the error message (if any), or tell us how you determine "it isn't working". As for these issues, I'm not sure what questions to ask you, in order to attempt to identify what is the problem. They both open just fine for me. @Kaphotics I'm sorry but I'm not able to help narrow it down for this second issue.

Latest version of Desmume emulator on PC patches it, EXP point and game lock-out (as someone already answered you previously). As for advertisements.. has nothing to do with Pokémon games. If you dumped your own copy from a cartridge, why would there be advertisements? Based on your description you could be infected with a virus or adware. As per anything related with the internet, it happens when people download unverified files. In any case, this doesn't sound like a Pokémon problem. Whatever you downloaded, or whatever site you visited within recent timeframe, probably triggered it. Delete all files you obtained within said timeframe, run an antivirus to check your computer. If problem continues to persist, consider reformatting your computer. Nothing much we can say besides this.

Is your Nintendo Switch hacked/modified (has CFW or homebrew on it)? If it isn't, then there's no way. Regardless if hacking/adding Pokémon/manipulating saves/trading with someone that has a manipulated save, a modified Switch is required somewhere along the process. Only modified Switch can import and export saves. If your Switch is modified, we've got a guide for you, in relation to managing saves on a modified Switch. If your Switch is NOT modified, you could try asking for someone to trade you modded Pokémon via here, but note that Nintendo Online requires a paid subscription, and also modified Switches has a risk of being banned. I think people will be less inclined due to those reasons. Also, the content of your post has nothing to do with the subject matter from the OP. Next time, start a new thread. :3

You've been through a lot these past few years. @Deoxyz I cannot thank you enough for all the effort you have put into the preservation, as well as exposing of the scam. Maybe one day when you feel like it, and when it's more convenient, you could write an exposé, filled with images and documentation, something for generations to come to see. So that they can properly understand the effort, and also judge the scum themselves

Erm, Gen 3 doesn't have main, but it does have saves. We have a guide here related to managing GBA saves. (https://projectpokemon.org/tutorials/save-editing/managing-gba-saves/) After reading the guide (that is suitable for you), and you have more questions, just reply to this thread :3

@Kaphotics there's a minor issue, when it comes to importing Event SSB. Importing any of the secret bases with ID location 0 (Mossdeep special location) would potentially cause you to be pushed out of the secret base when entering the building, and the base gets wiped from your save. Here's an example on what I think is happening: 1. I create a secret base at Route 114, and get the following layout: 2. I then scan QR code for Junichi Masuda. 3. I use PKHeX to delete Junichi Masuda slot, and change my Location ID to 0. 4. When I load up my game, and go to my secret base in Mossdeep city building, it used this layout, instead of the one that I originally created my SSB in: It's not a one-time fluke. It appears that whenever I scan an event SSB, it's layout type is stored somewhere. Hence why whenever I change my own SSB to ID 0, it uses the type associated with the event SSB I deleted. I think that for Event SSB, an extra value relating to layout type is written somewhere. Since that value may be missing from the .sb6 files, when we import a .sb6 (and that value doesn't match the import), we get kicked out. [Before we get kicked out, we momentarily see a different layout in the background when the flag flashes across the screen] If you need it, I could do a before and after save, so that it can be determined where the stored value is.

I imagine it's as Purin said: some were obtained via live events. If I had to guess, S was available from the games, and MAX was only available via live events.

Both accounts has wireless on, C gear connection enabled. One account stay in the overworld (near the ring around Entralink in Unova), other account go into Entralink, then simply cross over (from the left or right bridge). Once you're in your friend's world, the map turns monochrome in color. Go to the PC in the center of Entralink. Looks pretty much like this:

It appears some are available when you cross into a friend's world. I don't know which is or isn't available for rotation, tho.

I'll shift the wondercard down to that location, see if it works realized what you meant, lol There's one pointer that points to 0x100100 , but unlike the Japanese one, I don't see another one point to 0x100000 nearby..

If you load back the modified save into PKHeX, is the added Pokémon there?

PKHeX can be used to Super Secret Bases (.sb6) from our Event Gallery or from our User Contributed section. Start PKHeX and load your save file as described in a previous section. Scroll down on the bottom right, a nd click on the Secret Base button. Click on any of the entries listed under Favorite. [Note: you won't be able to import or export your own secret base, the * entry] For example, we'll be clicking on entry 0. Now "view" the entry. This can be done by clicking on the > button. (It "sends" the entry to the viewer on the right) Now, the Import and Export buttons have appeared. If you're looking to Export, click on Export, and you're done. For this example, we will focus on Importing. Click on Import. Now go to whatever folder you have the .sb6, and load it. For this example, we'll use this file. You'll notice that the Import replaced the top-most Empty entry. Save the progress you've made, in the Secret Base Editor. Now save your file. Note: I believe PKHeX does not import any Secret Base that has a location already occupied. Keep that in mind when doing any import. View full tutorial
