  1. There's no legal shiny Celebi in Generation 3, as I explained to you earlier on the Mitsurin page. Also, here is the save. Pokemon - Emerald Version (U)(2).sav Documentation for future's sake: For third section, at the 0x?834 to 0x?8C9 area. Each byte represents the decorations' identifier number, with the identifiers being consecutively back to back, representing the segments used by the game: (first ten entries being for desks, next ten being for chairs, so on and so forth.) Note that identifiers for cushions interrupts the flow for dolls.
  2. Sorry, I was confused, due to the way it was phrased. This event cannot be shiny. No Celebi originating from Gen 3 could be legitimately shiny. Heck, there’s no legitimate shiny for Celebi all the way from Gen 3 to Gen 6. Hence why it was a big deal (during Gen 7’s time) that Virtual Console Crystal was released and could be connected to mainline games. (You can shiny hunt for Celebi in Crystal)
  3. I can’t say for sure. They used to associated this kind of data if you registered for an account with PGL, but it doesn’t matter now since PGL moved on and this new save of yours likely ain’t connected to an account. Also keep in mind that your save would automatically update to your 3DS’ country/region settings, so changing them may not fully matter. But you could just Luma spoof your country/region settings. (Keep in mind these edits won’t change Vivillon’s form. You’re gonna need to make a different edit) Anyhow after I went through everything with you above, in all likelihood SkyLink is correct. Just remember we cannot guarantee anything 100% and you’re responsible for the risks you take on your device.
  4. As long as you’ve got nothing on your 3DS that’s a ban risk, probably
  5. “Why the HOME tracker doesn’t change”? not sure I understand the premise of the question correctly; based on what I’m reading, it seems like you think PKHeX assigns or modified the HOME tracker? It doesn’t. PKHeX doesn’t assign HOME trackers and you only get one on a mon if you deposit the Mon into HOME.
  6. You can only import events of the correct generations as in-game redemptions. Pgf/wc5 are only for Gen 5. you could load them to the left side of PKHeX as Pokémon to direct inject, but make sure the details are correct for that event, such as redemption game.
  7. Source that it can be shiny?
  8. Depends. Post an image and we can tell you whether it’s rare
  9. It’s a custom event not programmed into the game. you should just follow his instructions.
  10. I don’t even know if there’s a resource to teach you how to do that. I don’t even remember how I learned, reckon there were others being patient with me. 1. Create a GitHub account. It allows you to make your own repositories (basically individual project areas for code) 2. With your account, you’ll be able to fork their project. What that means is that you’ll get a 1:1 copy of the project that was shared at that time, and you can proceed to make changes to the code 3. have a program that can edit and compile code. I use Visual Studio (I think 2019?) for free. Use it for making my mini programs or plugins Let’s get that all done before we jump to next steps
  11. You could consider forking the repo and updating it to use the nuget or something idk.
  12. Create a folder in your PKHeX folder called “mgdb”, place the wonder card that has the same move and Tera type (with the wc9 extension) into that folder.
  13. Submit the pk8 and pk9 of the mon. Transfer support is still a work in progress.
  14. What’s the legality report?
  15. PKHeX has a setting on whether to ignore if a trackers exist. Since yours “became legal”, it is ignoring the lack of tracker. Also don’t understand why you sent a video. Sounds like the same thing the OP described. HOME can remove the location legally, it’s a known thing.

  19. To be frank I didn't look at any of your files so I don't know about the tracker scenario. I'm not sure if PKHeX implemented a check for mons with no location without a tracker, so just hasn't implemented a 'lack of location' check. In any case, the location being eaten is something that HOME does, as my screenshots provided mention
  20. Happens naturally with HOME. Not sure if the met location thing is being resolved by PKHeX. Make sure you have a valid tracker on them too. (on Discord, the conversation starts from here: https://discord.com/channels/343093766477053953/406851200928055297/1137164667949678752)
