  1. it's possible that there is no legality checks for some of the event Mew right now.
  2. try: https://dev.azure.com/project-pokemon/pk3DS/_build?definitionId=11 edit: looks like you're looking at the same page. It appears fine to me..

A simple program for those who struggle with the tutorial guide for shiny Cute Charm abuse. Really easy to use. Input Specifics (if you care), then hit Generate, then input the TID/SID for your trainer into your save, and ensure your cute charm lead has the right gender. Note: This program will not generate a bunch of different TID/SID pairs. It was programmed to only have one pair per option. If you want different pairs from what's listed, follow the guide. Prerequisite: Ability to read, able to edit saves with PKHeX, able to backup and restore (edited and unedited) saves from your device/emulator.
  4. either you did not export the edited save from PKHeX, or you did not restore the edited save back into your game. It's not Rocket science; all you need is an edited TID/SID, and a cute charm mon in the lead with the correct gender. Until you can restore edited save properly, there isn't much for you to figure out.
  5. I'm more likely to catch before bringing forward.
  6. upload the file.
  7. Details for Index 54 of normal_encount and normal_encount_rigel1 and normal_encount_rigel2 (minor differences, in raid chance) Rewards for Index 54 of normal_encount and normal_encount_rigel1 and normal_encount_rigel2 (minor differences, in raid chance) Details for Index 54 of dai_encount Rewards for Index 54 of dai_encount
  8. Either your save file isn't actually a save file (some people dump it wrong, don't save in-game etc; thus data doesn't match a save's format), or PKHeX cannot recognize it as a Pokemon save file, due to certain modifications a ROM hack does to it. Tho if it was a save from purely a randomizer, then it is likely the former.
  9. well it's not like the mon carries a legality flag, so there's no reason why you wouldn't upload it to bank... (As a matter of fact, sending this into Bank/future formats will probably get that to appear legal in PKHeX) Anyhow, no worries.
  10. that's really odd. It's as tho the game is running off 2 directories. You mind testing something? If there's no file in that folder, does the game launch? [Typically there's only 1 save folder, and editing the file in that folder would mean you can have wacky stuff in the game. However it appears you're editing it right, yet the game won't start]
  11. the unedited file or..?
  12. that is really confusing. Can you delete the main in that folder (so that the folder is empty), then try to launch the game?
  13. I need to check, have you reached the first Pokemon Center yet? If you delete Zeraora and keep only Grookey, does the game start? It looks like you have the right folder, the save isn't corrupted, and you're placing the save correctly in that folder, so I'm wondering what is the issue.
  14. can I see the directory chain also? you can blank out your name, I just wanna make sure it is in the correct game folder. Also upload the edited save (the one in that folder), just to be sure. Thanks.
  15. show me a screenshot of the internal of the save folder. something like this:
  16. not working how? the game not loading, or it not showing the edited mons?
  17. I'm guessing you didn't do it right. Make sure only "main" is in the save folder, and Citra is closed when you edit the save. Only after that, then you can launch Citra.
  18. Your starter, it's right there. I'm assuming you've yet to catch other Pokemon yet...
  19. upload the save here, lemme take a look.
  20. I'm guessing you didn't save in-game, but instead perform state saves. Please save in-game.
  21. Is there a question to your statement? Or was it just an acknowledgement to my point? Anyhow, putting the legal and illegal Pokemon discussion aside, it appears they are targeting high traffic accounts or interaction with such account and possession of super blatently illegal mons, typically shiny variants of shiny locked stuff. They don't seem to bother with memories and stuff.
  22. PKHeX is a save editor, not a ROM editor. Randomized games are from edited ROMs, not edited saves. Additionally, PKHeX typically only works properly with mainline saves, not saves from ROM edited games. If PKHeX opens the save, you *could* use batch editor to edit the mons (and ignore the illegal status). Alternatively try launching the app in Hax mode.
  23. There's something funky going on with Pikachu in Gen 1. I think PKHeX is partially confusing it for Yellow's starter Pikachu. My Lv 3 Pikachu is legal (caught in RB), but at LV 5 it becomes recognized as Yellow starter, even though the catch rate is wrong, and is flagged illegal. Clearing catch rate shows legal. So you could just leave it, it'll probably get fixed.
  24. Either sit around and wait or give up. As far as I can tell, only the user has the file.
