Use this thread to contribute events as they are released and collected. Please submit the wc6 file as an attachment in a zip file. Use the latest Pkhex to extract wc6 files from your save file. You can report newly announced events in the Event Pokémon News forum. Information to contribute in this thread: Details about the distributed Pokémon itself (the info shown in Event Gallery entries, if missing) Vanilla Wonder Card (not edited at all. okay even if it is "used) Wonder Card title Wonder Card text Distribution text How was it collected (local Wi-Fi, serial, obtained from friend etc) Images of game screen collection process and banners of event (If applicable) (Explanation to this is below) In addition the contribution, please also include photos of the game screen during distribution (as seen above, with "The gift has been received" or documentation of the process, basically). As always, we would also like photos at real-life events, including posters or signage. This is for posterity, and also for absolute confirmation of the information in the case of there being doubts. Take note that this is the format adapted in the folder of compiled wondercards: *Wondercard ID* - *OT name* (*explanation, if any*) *pokemon/item* (*language*) (*gender, if specified in post*) (*PS, if stated to be taken from powersaves, U for unsure*) (*other Example of a good contribution: You may also contribute pkx/pk6 files of your obtained Event Pokemon in the upcoming thread link: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?33180-Pok%E9mon-X-and-Y-PKX-Contribution Information obtained firsthand is always preferred, however you may also contribute links to blogs, etc, where such information is present. Thanks again to all of those who contribute to this community project!

You are well aware of the problem. You were kicked/banned for discussing piracy and ignoring warnings to stop. You continued to evade your ban, so the ban is permanent.

We're going to limit discussion of hacking/editing Pokemon to be transferred to XY through the Transporter/Mover and Bank for now. It's been stated by official websites (and Masuda) that hacked Pokemon cannot be transferred or will not be allowed to be transferred. Being that this is a paid service, it is likely that there will be a TOS which may or may not include rules regarding hacked Pokemon. If there is such a rule (or if the Transporter service has a thorough hack-check), we won't allow discussion of such a topic in our forums. If there is not such a rule, then we will most likely adopt the same stance that we have already (personal use is okay, tournaments or Wifi battles is not okay), in which case this thread would be fine. Unfortunately, I'll have to close this thread for now. I'll re-open it after we have more details. If you want to err on the safe side in your preparations for now: assume that hacked pkm will not be allowed in Bank.

It's actually not far off from the truth. While Bad Eggs and other hacking mistakes won't delete your save, it can certainly ruin it if you have no means to fix it. Editing RAM (AR codes) has a high chance of screwing up other things if you don't enter the code right or the code is just wrong. Recently, there was a save file editor (don't know which one) that became popular and when Japanese users started using it, they found out that the program didn't support Japanese characters at all... including characters already on the save.... all pokemon nicknames, OT on pokemon, player's OT, etc.... all wiped out. Anyway, I guess it should be said again that Nintendo makes those statements because editing your saves/pkm/ram with any kind means unintended for the product can have very unintended results and therefore they say you shouldn't do it, to avoid destroying your Pokemon and/or progress. They also say trading hacked pokemon isn't fair to other users, for obvious reasons. And then the only thing that they say isn't allowed is: using hacked Pokemon in tournaments (GBU Wifi or live VGC events), for obvious reasons. And also Bank.

XY Event - Weakness Policy Jump Festa 2014 (Japan)
Guested replied to BlackShark's topic in Event Pokémon News
I will not be attending this event. I know we have a couple other Japanese users, so I hope someone is going and can take some photos of the WC and distro text. Or... scour the internet for bloggers who went. -
XY Event - 12 Quick Balls (UK / Tesco) (& Japan)
Guested replied to Guested's topic in Event Pokémon News
Yes. Serial codes are single-use. -
I hate to be the downer, but... gonna shut this down. In this forum, we do not talk about trying to circumvent Nintendo's hack checks. At this time, it is unknown if Bank or Transporter/Mover will have any kind of terms of service (since it is a subscription service), but if it does, you can bet that we will not allow discussion on what their hack checks can or can't detect. We do know that TPC has stepped up their hack checks and will be doing even more to check in Gen VI. Also, it is not possible to make "legit" Pokemon. If you don't want to have any trouble with Bank or Transporter/Mover, you are best off not even attempting to transfer in Pokemon that have been hacked in any way, regardless of whether or not you think they'll pass any hack checks. As for the downside of Pokegen being that you can't edit 6th Gen Pokemon... what purpose would that even serve as there are currently no ways to edit save files, execute AR codes, or exploit wireless functions such as the GTS? As for Pokebuilder, that is a despicable app that charges exorbitant fees for "legit" events (they are not legit), and extra features. All they did was take other people's work and dump it into an app with a mock GTS server and charge people to unlock more features. I'm surprised that this app hasn't been removed from Apple's store (it has been removed from the Google Play store) with how vocal TPC has been against it. Furthermore, I personally think this app is what caused the high number of disqualifications due to hacked pokemon in the most recent GBU Wi-fi tournament (mostly in part to PokeBuilder telling its users that their pokemon will be considered "legit" no matter what oddball things they put into the editing fields). tl;dr By definition, it is not possible to hack "legit" Pokemon. It is unwise/uncool to use any kind of hacked Pokemon in services or for purposes that TPC and/or Nintendo say that you shouldn't... and you most definitely should not discuss it here. Here's a link to an announcement that is plastered all over this forum that details our policy on such matters.

Thanks for the heads up, bluesun! It's a shame I didn't see these advertised anywhere... all I got for my pre-orders was a file folder... Bummer. Let me know if you see any bloggers upload a picture of the Japanese WC title or distro text! -

XY Event - Speed Boost Torchic with Blazikenite
Guested replied to King Impoleon's topic in Event Pokémon News
Thanks for the details, bluesun! I got the same thing with a Japanese 3DS/game set to English language: the pkm of Torchic was English, but the distro text was Japanese. I'm assuming Japanese servers only have Japanese distro text and EU/NA servers will not have Japanese language. Is anyone else playing in a different EU language? I'd like to know if the distro text changes to German, French, Spanish, or Italian if you have that set as your game language on an EU game. The same applies for NA, but it seems less likely there'd be more languages (maybe Spanish and French?). Hopefully someone with an EU game/console can check this! Thanks! -
Well...... TECHNICALLY it is still not possible to get a DW Torchic..... because DW means Dream World. This is just another Hidden Ability Torchic. Careful with lingo

Yeah, Serebii was telling me that people have been saying it seems that males can pass on Hidden Abilities in X and Y. Pretty cool.
