  1. Mewtwo is offline now. Turns out the end-date WAS the 26th afterall.
  2. That IS quite fast, but keep in mind a lot of the time inbetween releases isn't ALL spend translating the games. The major factor in deciding a release date is market timing. But that's still quite fast, especially for Pokemon.
  3. Ridiculous update, see above.
  4. The Korean Generation IV section is now up! http://projectpokemon.org/events/ko-IV.php As usual, please report any errors, broken links, etc, here please! http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?17603-Event-Gallery-Error-Reporting
  5. This update was long overdue, but it was discovered that the Korean Character Fair Milotic in this collection was not a valid WC. There was an overlap with another WC which we determined to be correct, so it meant the Milotic was incorrect. Please download the new version of the collection. 2-26-2012 Collection archive updated Removed: Incorrect Korean Character Fair Milotic In other news, the Korean Generation IV page for the Event Gallery is FINALLY up! http://projectpokemon.org/events/ko-IV.php As always, if you notice any broken links, errors in the data, or anything else weird, please report here: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?17603-Event-Gallery-Error-Reporting
  6. And extracting????
  7. Try reading the rules for Random Battle, you'll find your answer there. Unrelated questions: When you finally got the nature you wanted, you also happened to get 31 IVs in Speed and Attack?? And when you were EV training (or doing it with Pokegen) did you just count wrong? (or a typo?)
  8. Yeah, maybe like what wraith89 said. But I'd suspect them more being locked. Obviously determined by the game where they were caught, but even if you trade it, they don't change... maybe? Kinda like Spiky-ear Pichu, I guess? But yeah, they'll most likely learn those last two moves.
  9. Masuda just tweeted that the names of the new Pokemon are "Black Kyurem" and "White Kyurem." They still haven't called them formes, but ... they probably are. But perhaps can't CHANGE those formes.
  10. I'm willing to put money down on them being sequels (story-wise) to Black and White. Not just updated versions of the same games. The little bits they have said about it call it an all-new adventure.
  11. Thanks. Another sloppy copy/paste error. These are fixed now. Not sure what's happening here. The double-ribbon on the Zoroark was a previous problem, but had already been fixed. I've never heard of a problem with the Victini, and I AM seeing the Wishing Ribbon when I look at the files in both the Gallery and the Collection. Where did you download your file from, and what program are you using to inject them into your sav? If you are using Mystery Gift Editor, you must make sure not to change any of the data on the card and choose "no" each time it asks you to zero out anything. Changing anything in that program can result in various errors.
  12. The movie poster for the upcoming 15th movie (featuring Keldeo and Kyurem) has a small blurb at the bottom for the short which shows before the movie: Meloetta's Sparkling Recital. This is the first time this Pokemon has been announced/revealed, officially. This could mean we'll see this Pokemon given away at one of the events related to the movie this year. Perhaps: Ticket pre-order is Meloetta? And movie event is Keldeo? Or vice-versa. Or who knows?
  13. Junichi Masuda just appeared on Pokemon Smash this morning and announced sequels for BW. Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 will be released for Nintendo DS this June. http://www.pokemon.co.jp/ex/b2w2/?rss=1133 Both games feature a new forme of Kyurem, with Black 2 having a Zekrom-version forme, and White 2 having a Reshiram-version forme. Update: Masuda has tweeted that they are called Black Kyurem and White Kyurem. Update: The US site has also announced the existence of this game, but with no concrete release date. http://www.pokemon.com/us/pokemon-video-games/pokemon-black-version-2-and-pokemon-white-version-2/ New update: And now they've said Fall for US, as well Update: And a Europe release has been announced for Autumn. http://www.pokemon.com/uk/pokemon-black-version-2-pokemon-white-version-2/ Use this thread to post news updates or discuss the news. Speculation on the game can be discussed here: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?21098-Pokemon-Black-White-2-Sequel-Theories
  14. Originally announced by Masuda at a fan event at the Fukuoka Pokemon Center as being a Pikachu with Extremespeed to be distributed at Kyushu Shinkansens (to celebrate the one year anniversary of the full completion of the Kyushu bullet train line) (and one year anniversary of the Fukuoka Pokemon Center moving)... this event has exploded into a MASSIVE "Super-Powerful" Hoenn Pokemon giveaway. A Pikachu knowing ExtremeSpeed will be distributed wirelessly on Shinkansens running in Kyushu from March 1st - May 6th. OT: さくら Gender: Female Level: 50 Ability: Static Moveset: ExtremeSpeed Thunderbolt Grass Knot Brick Break Hold item: none Ball: Cherish Ball Ribbon: Classic Ribbon Additionally: Between March 17th and May 6th, a plethora of powerful Pokemon will be distributed by IR at 8 different train stations in Kyushu. During each time period, you can randomly get one of three Pokemon. Distribution 1: March 17 - April 1 will be Sceptile, Blaziken, and Swampert. Distribution 2: April 2 - April 22 will be Milotic, Ludicolo, and Walrein. Distribution 3: April 23 - May 6 will be Metagross, Salamence, and Gardevoir. During the same time period, you are able to visit other stations to try again (meaning there must be unique WC IDs for each station and each distribution period). Furthermore! If you take the Pokemon you received at a station to the Pokemon Center in Fukuoka, you can receive one of the two main Legendary Pokemon from Hoenn (at level 80). Groudon will be distributed from March 17 - April 15 Kyogre will be distributed from April 16 - May 6 The Pikachu from the trains can't be used to get these Pokemon, it has to be one of the station Pokemon. http://www.jrkyushu.co.jp/pokemon-campaign/index.jsp (It'd be nice to source PP.org as well if you are getting the translation of this news from here, from me)
  15. If it is for a friend battle, there are no legality checks, so legality is moot. If it is for Wifi, we don't support or allow cheating for that here, as you know.
  16. (Just do both)
  17. Did you have your TV volume on? If I remember correctly, the when you are looking at Pokemon that are currently in the Ranch, the cries come out of the TV, not the DS. Not sure why your Pichu disappeared. Do you have more than one Diamond game on your R4? I'm using a CycloDS Evo and have no problems with Ranch.
  18. Yeah, maybe it is about the same. Not sure, but it just seems like there's a lot of empty space. Oh, and you technically don't NEED the contest stuff if it's a Gen V pokemon. I guess if you design the program to read Gen IV pkm files as well, it wouldn't hurt, since DPP had contests. At any rate, I'm interested in seeing what you cook up.
  19. It doesn't say specifically. It refers to Tyranitar being popular for its ability to kick up a sandstorm, but that doesn't necessarily mean THIS one will have that ability. Since they didn't say it right away, I would be willing to bet that it doesn't have the DW ability.
  20. Awesome. Window size looks bigger than the old version... is it?
  21. Image borrowed from RoC A press release has been released, stating that a shiny Larvitar will be distributed at the National competitions around Europe in March and April. The Larvitar will be level 5, in a Cherish Ball, knows Superpower (previously only learned by move tutor in Plat and HGSS, not learnable in BW) and holds a Chople Berry. European Nationals Schedule: UK: March 3rd (National Exhibition Centre, Hall 11, Birmingham) Germany: March 10th (MESSE ESSEN, Messeeingang Süd, Halle 1A, Norbertstr. 2, Essen) France: March 17th (Espace Champerret, Hall C, 6 rue Jean Oestreicher, Porte de Champerret, Paris) Spain: March 24th (IFEMA, Pabellón 5, Feria de Madrid, Madrid) Italy: April 1st (CENTRO CONGRESSI MILANOFIORI, Strada 1 – Milanofiori, ASSAGO (MI)) More details on locations (maps and contact info) can be found here. UK News post German News post French News post Spanish News post Italian News post No official announcement from NOA or Japan, but it's likely to be distributed at these National competitions as well. Just in case, dates and locations for US and Japan are: USA: June 30th to July 1st (Indiana Convention Center, 100 S. Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, IN) Japan: (TBA) Korea: June 9th and 10th Press release text: If you are planning to attend any of these events (and can contribute the Larvitar), please say so here. And PLEASE snap some photos of the event, especially any signage for the Larvitar itself. Thanks! Gallery Entry
  22. <p><p><p><p><p><p>I just didn't realize that multiupload was a part of megaupload. Guess ill have to fix that.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

  23. The hex spots for new (since DP) locations from Platinum and HGSS get wiped to 0 when Transferred to BW, as I understand it. Therefore the location for Mr. Pokemon is not needed in BW.
  24. Thanks! Gallade was able to attend after all, and has submitted them. We have them in the collection and the Gallery now. http://projectpokemon.org/events/en-V.php Thanks for sharing the info! I think that 03102 ID might indicate that the rest of Europe will start to see this event on or around March 10. Also, OT is Spring 2012, even though February isn't really Spring. Netherlands probably got this one early due to the anniversary of that Pokemon Magazine and the resulting month of Pokemon stuff on TV.
  25. Gallade was able to attend today's event in the Netherlands and has submitted both Reshiram and Zekrom! This is the first release of this event in English! Big thanks to Gallade, since this was a VERY limited time event (one day, a matter of hours). Interestingly, the OT ID indicates a start-date of March 10, which COULD mean that this is when we'll begin to see this event happen in the rest of Europe or North America. Keep your eyes open! 2-18-2012 Collection archive updated Added: English Spring Reshiram and Zekrom, Netherlands
