  3. Cosmetic edits that have no impact on gameplay is not something the developers are really interested in. It's not implemented, and usually depends on the community to figure out where that is before it is implemented in the program.

  4. Why would you need that? It is recommended to always use the latest version, but you could compile it from the source https://github.com/kwsch/PKHeX/releases/tag/19.12.26
