These new games are made with Unity, this means that adding PKHeX support will be easy (as @Kaphotics said), but it still requires a lot of work. The games are not out, at the moment you can't have a legit copy so be patient until official release.1 point

The games are not released yet, I imagine like with past new Pokemon games support will be added at some point after the official release date. It obviously takes time to reverse engineer the games and implement the functionality you'd expect to be present.1 point
