Only the stats of Necrozma matters. Solgaleo/Lunala stats don't matter and get hidden in your save. Maybe this will help:

When you fuse Necrozma it will use the data from Necrozma. So if your case your Dusk Mane will use the nature, IVs, and EVs from Necrozma. It works exactly the same with Kyrem.

In this hack this is not an insurmountable problem since the Magikarp/Gyarados family (who are male only) and the Feebas/Milotic family (who are female only) are considered the same species, which means you can get the missing counterpart by breeding with Ditto.
