I just added the SuMo In-game trade Poliwhirl to the list. I'm pretty sure these Pokemon are identical but just in case. It would be nice to get 2 more for the evolutions. 

I also added the JP Blue under-leveled in game trade mons as well. They're technically under-leveled since you can't normally get them at such a low level.

I also found a method that increases your chances for the lv1 Gyarados from 1/10000 to 1/1100.

Can explain it in PM if there is someone interested.

 

Trying to get my own lv10 Dragonite I found 6 Shiny Dragonair and 3 lv11 Dragonite. I'm so salty!

Finally got my own lv10 Dragonite after another shiny.

Now apart from fishing Underleved Gyarados for fun (maybe if I got a lv1 by chance ...).

Found a lv15 Gyarados in Lake of Rage in GSC and also an amazing lv10 Poliwhirl in Route 22 which means lv10 Jynx in Red/Blue!

Unfortunately I didn't see the lv5 I wanted.

 

Now I should work on the unreleased thread a bit before another check for underleved.

I've found a whole bunch of under-leveled Pokemon. I've been adding them as I discovered them to the spreadsheet. But it's too much work to post every single one to the thread when I find them.

Maybe you should add a special color or a N for the new discoveries?

I was actually thinking of adding a ~ for duplicate Pokemon instead of a Yes/No if we don't have them yet and a Yes if we do. I tried making a colored background for Black and White and putting text but it didn't work. I just re-arranged the spreadsheet again. I moved the notes to the right and contributors to the left. I'm hoping it makes the grid on the first page easier to read.

Which errors did you find? I scrolled up to see if I missed anything but I can't spot anything. 

I may have added Pokemon myself that I didn't upload here and I've received other donations. So here's an updated zip file containing everything and the updated contributors list.

I've just added Pidgeotto sprites to gen 1, 2 and 4 (HG/SS). If anybody could take a look at them and give me feedback. If I should keep them or move them elsehwere. I just thought it might make finding Pokemon easier and I copied them from another spreadsheet I've been using. 

Here's 2 more under-leveled Pokemon. Contributed by: A friend. I'm not sure if they mind being named. For a reason or two. So I'll have to get confirmation first. 

Gotta catch 'em all or Gather More Pokemon event Magmar and Electabuzz. These are re-creations. Created using the original generation algorithm. If you're not OK with that, you don't have to download them and you've been warned.

The sprites made it easier to identify the Pokemon without reading each name.  Are you wanting to add sprites to all of the Pokemon in the list?

Yeah, that's what I was hoping for. 

Want to? Yeah, absolutely. I just want to get a few other opinions first. I want to make sure the majority of people like them before I spend 5 hours adding them, to find they just annoy everybody and have to delete them all.

I'm personally interested in them. Since you already went after them. Cause I added the un-catchable totem Pokemon to the events page since you also got those. We could just add an un-released page or un-catchable (normally) page and if anything, the 2 of us could just share files if nobody else is interested.
