How does that work? Does it happen once every 90 days or is it a 1 in 90 chance of it being the daily Pokemon? I never looked into the Great Marsh much and I have no idea what you meant about save editing before.

1 in 96 chance to become the daily lv22 Pokemon (1/32 other way).

Well in fact changing your date in order to get another chance to see it won't work to say it simple.

Sorry @Johnwraight the way I worded my last message was confusing.  Yes, use PkHex to extract the Pokémon from the save.  What I was referring to were homebrew applications that allow you to dump your save like JKSM or trading the Pokémon onto a flash cart in order to extract.

Heyo. I was lurking and found this thread. I have the Level 41 Kommo-o/a Level 12 Whiscash/Level 9 Butterfree in Moon if needed and don't mind to trade/tradeback to someone who can dump them.

EDIT: HaxAras is helping and the mons have been backed up! I also think I have an underleveled arbok in SS though have no way to check right now/transfer it up. Bulbapedia says it is an SoulSilver exclusive too but it's a 5% at least.

I'm also just watching the thread and lurking at the moment. I'd be able to trade you, dump it and trade back if you want. 

 

I'm still interested in this project. But i'm waiting to see if more people join in and contribute because it feels like a second job after a while. There's also another under-leveled Seaking in the RSE Safari Zone I think. I think it's level 23. Not as low as the FR/LG one but you could argue it's still worth getting for the different region met location. Like the LV.15 FR/LG Gyarados I found vs. the level 1 from B2W2.

Edit: RSE has a 20% super rod encounter for a level 5 - who cares Gyarados. 

The RSE Safari Zone has a 20% super rod encounter for a level 25 - to nobody cares Seaking. In ORAS, it can be level 30.

The Seaking slot encounter for lv25 is 1% so you have 1/600 to get it and it can flee. Such a hard quest!

Metagross in B2W2 is not an underleved (evolves at lv45).

I saw @jojo12100's update and was bored and these were easy to catch. I was serious when I said I intend to bow out but I might collect a few more easy to catch Pokemon from time to time.

I enjoy under-leveled Pokemon too much to give up on this project. I'll be around. But if a Pokemon is too difficult to catch, I'm not even going to try.

 

The level 4 Santalune forest Metapod. The male and female Pyroar and the rest of the friend safari mons you can read their names. I couldn't catch: Bronzong, Forretress, Galvantula, Gogoat

Because of gold and silver being released for virtual console later this month I imageine there will be a lot of people able to collect the gen2 under levels as they play so I'll dig out my game boy and start collecting the ones needed from crystal version today!
