Hi, I would like a Legal shiny faraway island mew. No matter how much I try, it keeps getting flagged as illegal.

Where to start. Invalid PID. Invalid Move set. You'll never get that nature with IV's and Shiny. Best off finding a PID with nature and use Hyper Training Also language is set to English that shouldn't be.

Sorry I'm on my phone won't be able to get a pid. You will want to use pokegen set to the right method. To get one or find one on a forum

 

Edit: Home now. Heres a quick Mew I made for you. Your free to edit the moves and level DON'T TOUCH the Iv's or nature or shinyness (PID Linked information) as you'll make it non legal.

Pkhex makes up pids for gen 6 and 7 that are vaild. But it cant do gen 3,4 and 5. Pokegen can how ever, if you know what method to use. I just made it in pokegen and pasted the file in to pkhex

Ok, so if I have this right, Make the pokemon in pokegen with moves from the gen it was supposed to come from, bring the pokemon to phkex, edit the moves, and save?

Pokegen does not ALWAYS make good PID/IV combinations for gen 3.  The algorithm for a fully legit pid/iv combination requires backtracking due to something called nature confirmation.

Would A-save v1.23 do a better job of doing Gen 3 PIDs ?

I've used the Mews above & while they load beautifully & legally, they never obey, even after passing the proper trials in Ultra Moon. Any thoughts?

It seemed as if St. GIGA meant the Mew would listen if transferred between games.

 

Still, at full friendship & full affection, Mew keeps loafing around! Haha...

What else could I be doing wrong? I read legendaries it won't obey unless I'm the OT, but that will affect the shiny status of these Mews.

Is what I'm trying to do possible? Or is this Mew purely for show?

Hi there! I finally found a Mew thanks to you post here! ❤️ Can you tell me why only the modest one on the download file turns into Square shiny when transfered to SwSh? I've heart that events are supposed to have square shiny if they're had a fateful encounter. 

I'm saying this cuz I want to get myself one with which nature, but cuz of PID and PID-Nature I can't change it. Can you help me out one this one?

Are you basing it on PKHeX, or basing it from animation in-game?
As long as they have fateful encounter, all show as Square Animations in-game, even if PKHeX calculates the PID as star shiny.

I was calculating it on the PKhex, didn't knew that fateful encounter was causing the animation on the game. Thank you for clarifing ❤️ 

Anyway, is the a way for me to get one with each nature without the need to use a mint on SwSh?

You could RNG the Japanese game of Emerald on your computer, to ensure you get one of each nature.

Else, use RNGReporter to calculate the PID/IVs for Method 1 encounters, for each nature.
After that, change the TID/SID as per legal TID/SID combo (also using RNGreporter) to make them shiny.
