    While he was playing Ultra Sun, he said something appeared on the bottom screen and now the game starts back at the beginning. I'm assuming his save got corrupted. I do have CFW installed but unfortunately have no backups of the save file. I looked at the game in PKSM but it's showing 0 pokemon. Is there anything I can try to recover his file?

    I was having a blast playing through this hack, it's great! But during the Mystifying Forest cutscene, the game softlocks.     I downloaded citra recently as I wanted to use ash greninja on ultra sun on ryunjinx my saves work fine but on citra for the mac it doesn’t work I’ve tried everything nothing has worked I’ve only just got my starter is there anything else I need to do

    Apologies for necroing a 3 year old thread, but I was able to finally get a working Espeon PID that matched my TID/SID. SOme recent updated to the Encounter database provided a valid Espeon! 0196 - ESPEON - 0C230E6C8377.ck3

    I’m having a blast replaying this romhack, but I think I ran into a couple tiny things in regards to special episodes? 99% of the time everything displays as normal except for some reason, in a couple special episodes it changes my partners name to Baretta? I think in bidoof’s sunflora’s and I just saw it in se5. Outside of this, when I play the game it just shows my partner’s name as normal. (he’s a mantine named big man, not sure if randomized starters affects this? but this is a really funny glitch to me xD) Also there may be some display issues with the se5 titlecard? it showed up as mostly white but it appears to be playing normally. Just thought to let you know. Thanks for making this romhack edit: apparently restarting the game makes the se5 titlecard work normally. On another note, looks like the game crashes if you get knocked out in barren valley

    Latest PKHeX was released on February 23, so any encounter that was released at a later date is unknown and shown illegal. Just ignore the legality error and wait for the next release.

    I tried the boss fight again using your advice, and I was finally able to get through, though just barely. I also forgot to mention in the previous post that I chose not to teach Lopunny Vacuum-Wave, which probably would've helped a lot...

    @PkmnHack I can’t seem to figure out what issue you’re talking about. Can you send me some instructions and a screenshot of what you’re seeing? It looks to me like the abilities are working perfectly normally.

    I'm making a ROM hack for Pokemon Black and White 2, I'm specifically using the hack Volt White 2 as a base. I'm trying to give each water, grass and fire type access to the pledge moves. The easiest way to do this seems to be by editing the level up moves. I'm trying to use AndiToolkit for this, but for some reason when I load up narc file 1/0/8 every moveset list is completely empty. Why is this the case? All tutorials I find go through the same process. Is it because I'm going off a rom hack instead of a clean rom?

    Use the trainer editor to activate all legendaries. Just hacking in the items does not cause then to appear.

    Hi, I am new to pkhex, I saw lot of tutorials and I now understand most of things but I cannot make pok violet legendaries to appear. I have completed both maun story and DLCs, and the old man that gives treats is unlocked and already gave me Lugia's treat. After Lugia he asks me to do a lot of blueberry quest, which I do not want to do, so I gave myself the legendary treats with pkhex. The problem is that, despite I have all the treats in my Inventory, none of the pokemon appear on their locations. So, there must be some kind of flag for activating this, related to the man and not only to the treats (as key objects). Do you know what do I have to touch in order to take my legendaries without doing BB quests? (Creating them raw in pkhex is not an option, I want to capture them). Thank you!

    Only Expert and Hardcore. There's a cap for Dialga and a cap for Darkrai. After Darkrai there's no cap anymore

    Thank you for your answer! So is the soft stat cap you mentioned exist in all difficulties? And if I proceed with the story, the soft stat cap naturally disappears, right?

    Positioning yourself better, abusing their lack of range and damage output with your team by taking out targets one by one. I'll still look into that because it sounds odd that this is giving you trouble. The ability set thing is a known bug that will be fixed next version. There's a soft stat cap to prevent you from abusing the game too much with overpowered team members. It's intentional
