Hey, huge congrats on the release! Just a question- do all the new pokemon (or at least their family lines) have their own exclusive items? Can't find mention of that on your OP. Also while I'm at it, are evolutions gender locked if they are in normal pokemon? Am I able to have a female gallade, for instance? Thank you! p.s. I think it's really, really cool you were able to do this whole thing, I'm sure for many months it was very difficult to get this far, so really be proud of yourself for all this. Im having a slight issue where the map while inside the town and travelling to dungeons is always the future hidden land map, doesnt affect anything gameplay seemingly

At the very least, Egg moves or whatever moves get thrown onto the Mon during an event. Some games have wild mons that you catch that would have these moves populated. So they’re not just restricted to egg moves, but most commonly seen there.

I'm still confused. So Bulbasaur's second learned move, "Growl" would not show up under relearn moves even if it was replaced by another move? Are you saying Relearned moves are only egg moves?

Relearn Moves for eggs are the moves it knew at birth (when it was created as an egg). If the two parents only passed down one move (Petal Dance), then that's how it is. How statistically likely it was that the two parents were set up to pass only Petal Dance is irrelevant to the legality, moreso the plausibility. Suspiciousness is up to you.

I'm attempting to build a living dex from scratch. I've completed it through Gen 7, but think I may have fumbled on the "Relearn Moves" section and may need to go back and tidy this section up. I want all my Pokemon to look as legit as possible. My whole living dex consists of level 100 Pokemon. However, their "Relearn Moves" section all has (None), (None). For example, my level 100 Bulbasuar has the moveset: Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Petal Dance, Sleep Powder. And the Relearn Moves are: Tackle, Petal Dance, (None), (None). Shouldn't the Bulbasaur techincally have something like: Tackle, Petal Dance, Growl, Leech Seed? Does the double (None) make it look suspicious?

I have a completed Ultra Moon savefile and I want to capture the Ultra Sun exclusives without having to replay the whole game, I know they can be easily added to my UM savefile but that defeats the purpose of my playstyle. Is there any way to copy my UM savedata into a US savefile, keeping all my progress intact?

I added some cool stuff that I mentioned to people on the PP Discord. Instead of telling, I'll just show: - Any-ability (the PK3 0x1E "sanity" byte trick) works in singles and doubles. In MULTI it is intentionally disabled - the shared-party array makes the override unsafe - and the multi receptionist now says so in-game. Everything else in multi (unban, clauses) still applies. - Deoxys forms are fully implemented: per-form stats, battle sprites, party icons, summary screen, and a PKHaX box icon; default form gets Attack/Defense/Speed correctly; trading keeps the partner version's form. - Flexible party size: Battle Tower singles 1-6, doubles 2-6 (multi stays at the legal 2) - Soul Dew un-nerf restored inside the Frontier.

please redownload if you already did! just made a small hotfix that gives Calyrex and the Charcadet and Rookidee lines proper stat growths. They would hit level 100 instantly but gain no stats before.

sure did! now, when starting a new game, it'll ask whether you want to use the Classic or Expanded quiz. Classic is the one you can modify in the Starters menu under Lists in SkyTemple.

Woo! I remember you said that you intended to make it easier to use SkyTemple to change starter options in this version. Did that pan out? 'cause I wanna go with Rookidee if someone made the needed portraits.

Recently i got the same problem, after a bunch of mess arround with HxD i finally found the way to solve this. The problem seem to appear if you use the "Bootleg Pokémon GBA Save Extractor and Injector 2.0.4" tool to extract the save from the rom, edit the file and then inject the edited save right back to the rom, your save will appear not edited, your change does not apply. Here is how i solve it: after i edited the save file that got extracted from the rom, i use an emulator, open the original rom, import the save file, confirm that your change indeed applied to the save, save in game one time, then export the save back out. After that, i use the tool again to inject the newly exported save from the emulator out into the rom from the bootleg catridge, then use burn2slot to write that rom back to the catridge, and it work. Not sure what's goes wrong that make the problem apppear and how does this way fix it, but if you really want to edit your save on your bootleg catridge, you can do as i do :).

Yeah cause the mons are directly sent into Champions, and can’t be sent out of Champions. There’s also no publicly known way to directly hack champions (and even if there was it wouldn’t be recommended) Even if you somehow hack a mon in a main series game to appear as tho it was made in Champions, a quick glance at the data would show it came entered HOME, meaning hacked.

so unlike legend arceus that shows false legal, all edit that shows legal on pokemon violet are actually legal? including wild and static encounter?

Still can generate shiny from encounter data base, maybe im doing something wrong?

@AwiiMW There is a built-in bug / crash report feature on the app. Anyway, your error looks like a transient network error; try again when your cell service or WiFi signal is stronger.
