Hi there, Background: I'm a new user to PkHeX and the Gen VI RAM/SAV editing scene so please excuse me for any ridiculous mistakes (and in turn I will try to avoid them). Using Windows 8 x64 (which is able to run Python, C# and Java IDE's, so I'm assuming .NET, JDK etc are up to date), PkHeX build 04-04-15, a 3DS @ Ver. 9.4.0-21U (irrelevant for my bug), Omega Ruby Ver. 1.2 (also irrelevant). The trigger: I'm trying to generate a QR code for the Eon Flute WC6 found in this thread. The issue: When I drag and drop the WC6 to PkHeX, Wondercard I/O pops up. I'm pressing "QR!", the following error appears: Full Details log: http://pastebin.com/6Cr3AUFW My question is, what am I doing wrong? And also, if it's possible, would you please point me to a clear tutorial on how to handle the injection right? The tutorial pointed to in the WC6 contribution thread does not seem detailed enough for a beginner like myself (kinda hard to figure how to "use PkHeX"...), and some Youtube videos I've found do not deal with my specific situation. Thanks!

Reporting this one through a small recording as I do not really know how to describe the bug in words. It occurs even without having loaded any sav, so it's not sav related. The bug is still present in the latest version comitted to the github (2nd of April with commit: Fix hidden power string detection) The video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PP-fQqGnaoM To make an attempt in describing with words I'll describe the steps I take: Fresh start of pkhex Tick the "infected" box Now the "cured" box automatically gets ticked. This shouldn't be the case Unticking the infected box gives an error. Hovering mouse over Cured then unticks that box Manually ticked Cured and then unticking it would theoretically allow for unticking the Infected box This is not the case. Another error pops up when unticking the Infected box. Then a chain of Ticking, unticking and more ticking the Cured box finally removes the "days" combo box Finally, unticking the infected box gives no more errors. This is the exception text of the first generated error: ************** Exception Text **************System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: InvalidArgument=Value of '1' is not valid for 'SelectedIndex'. When I open a pkm (Gen 5) file after opening an XY sav, the latest handler and the 3DS region info will auto become the player of game. Unfortunately, when I do the same thing after an ORAS sav, the handler remains the default PKHeX. And please do NOT ignore the post I replied last time. http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?45379-PKHeX-reports-error-in-Memory-Amie-Editor Trust me. It does be a bug. Please go to Line 353 of f3-MemoryAmie.cs Replace 718,719,720,737,738,739,740,741,742,765,775 by 718,719,720,737,738,739,740,741,742,752,753,754,755,756,757,758,759,760,761,762,763,764,765,767,768,769,770,775 I added the new mega stones for you.

When I tried to edit a Pokémon caught in ORAS, this issue happened. the memory type is {0} saw {1} using {2}. {4} that {3}. e.g. Pikachu saw Ash using Full Heal. The most probable reason is the Pokémon saw the trainer using an item which is newly added by ORAS such as Acro Bike and does not exist in XY. Please fix it.

Title pretty much says it all. Reporting this for a friend of mine who's getting a System.IO.FileNotFoundException when she tries to generate a QR code. She tried redownloading but without success. The attempted QR code to generate is from the default Abomasnow that shows when first opening the program. I personally can create a QR code of the same pokemon so it's quite an odd exception for pkhex to throw. The full exception text is below: See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. Hey, all. I was recently trying to make a Jellicent for a UU team, and I noticed something peculiar while doing so. I tried to change the gender of my Jellicent from Male to Female, and oddly enough, the gender stuck to Male while being previewed. So, being curious as I was, I tested it out with its pre-evolved form, Frillish, and yet another Pokemon that I know has a different look when it comes to genders; Meowstic. Surely enough, the menu sprites stayed the same for Frillish, but as for Meowstic, the menu sprite at the top right did change when I made it Female, and the form ALSO changed to Female. I've provided screenshots below to show you exactly what I mean: Male Frillish - http://prntscr.com/69ual6 Female Frillish - http://prntscr.com/69ub26 Male Jellicent - http://prntscr.com/69ubcs Female Jellicent - http://prntscr.com/69ubly Male Meowstic - http://prntscr.com/69ubx6 Female Meowstic - http://prntscr.com/69uc3k As you can see, next to "reroll," the gender icon DOES change. The fact of the matter is that the menu sprite at the top right doesn't, and neither does the form itself in the drop-down menu next to its level of Friendship. Another thing that I should mention, is that when I injected all six of these Pokemon into my game, their genders had all changed accordingly; the problem lies within the preview of the Pokemon in PKHeX. A quick fix, but it needed to be shared. I couldn't find a post regarding this bug, but if there already was, please let me know. Thanks!

Import a wondercard as normal Hit save Reopen wondercard menu And now the card is no longer flagged as received? Importing a wondercard then receiving the item/pokemon from the NPC in-game also has the same outcome.

I hatched two Pokemon generated from a template egg and when I viewed them in PKHeX these are their memories. Is this intended or did I do something incorrectly?

Hey, i was doing some Little Cup Pokémons, and i find some with wrong abilities. I have 2 as an example. [Hustle] [sturdy] Somehow, there is a problem in my Windows version. When i past name, it shows blank. But it does changes status and image. This might be a bug on Windows 8.1. [it is normal on Windows 7 and 8] I've mentioned this on Github. But I have already given the issue as solved. https://github.com/kwsch/PKHeX/issues/37 I think it's a bug in the Windows version. Anyway, just for the record. I would like to help the project, the best way I can do is testing. Thank PkHeX staff.

Hi! There is a "bug" in the Box Report, when the Pokemon's Language is SPANISH, in the report shows KOREAN THANKS!

Hello. I'm not too sure if this is meant to be shown off like this, but when I was editing a Shedinja in PKHeX, I noticed that its HP wasn't set to 1, regardless of what level I put it at. The HP changed to 1 when I injected it into my game, however. Level 1 Shedinja - http://prntscr.com/600zfx Level 100 Shedinja - http://prntscr.com/600zoh As you can see, the HP stat is 11 at Level 1, and 143 at Level 100; when in reality, they should both be 1. Just something I found a while ago, and if this is intentional, please let me know. Thanks! :]

Currently using the latest release of PKHeX, and have found I can't input any sensible data into the Nickname box (the others all render fine). I haven't tested to see if this applies in-game (which will be very troublesome if so, especially since I'm sure those characters don't exist in the game), but will do so soon. I can't even copy them out to show, since they are then rendered correctly here. Ah, screenshot... That same text SHOULD say: Zeo Zord IV, but obviously doesn't. I've never had this problem before, and can't think of any system changes that could have caused it. I have tried toggling the Unicode selection in Options, just in case, but that didn't change it. Edit: Ok, weird. I just loaded the same thing but with Cyber active to load my game's save... and the nickname box is fine now. Dunno why though. Maybe it's because of auto-loading that save?

Hi! Since yesterday, everytime when I try to open the tab "OT/Misc" in PKHex, the program crashes. This happens even without a ramsav.bin file loaded... curiously, this didn't happen with previous versions of PKHex, before the 01-29-15 version. What should I do? Thanks in advance

Posting this on the behalf of a friend of mine who noticed this bug in pkhex. When selecting forms F or M for Unown the gender changes to female or male respectively. Upon selecting a new form after either it doesn't revert back to genderless, though changing between male or female is possible by choosing either F or M forms. I have the latest pkhex, the incorrectly named 1-28-2015 version (seriously guys... get that school money back :bidoof:) Example picture:

My Relicanth is "Mischievous", but PKHeX displays "Likes to thrash about". The same happens to almost all my pokémon, and I've never changed their PID or turned them into shinies. Some other examples: Aggron - In-Game: Capable of taking hits / PKHeX: Somewhat vain Gastrodon - In-Game: Capable of taking hits / PKHeX: Somewhat vain Mewtwo - In-Game: Mischievous / PKHeX: Takes plenty of siestas Sceptile - In-Game: Mischievous / PKHeX: Somewhat vain Vespiquen - In-Game: Somewhat vain / PKHeX: Mischievous

Hi, ok so thanks for PKHeX. Funny story, I added the shiny beldum wondercard to my save, then realized I can get it myself via wifi. So I went to edit my save and remove the wondercard (that worked), and then remove the wondercard in the 'received' box (so I would be able to download it myself). But even when I click on the X to remove the wondercard in the lower box, it does not save when I press save... I go to wondercards again, and I still see the wondercard id there. Surely this is a bug? I'm on a JP game, using the latest 20150101 PKHeX. Thanks for all the effort

I transfered some pokemons from the Poke-Bank.(Diamond--->Black--->X/Y) And found that the "Encounter" for GenIV(such as Diamond) is not complete. The one I caught in water can not be showed, and an error occurred. By the way,Here is the encounter list from PokeGen. and this one is from PKHex.

I am currently trying to run an event distribution for an online group among my friends, and I want the Pokemon to have a different OT than my own. However, when I generate the Pokemon in Gen 4 or Gen 5 (I'm planning on transferring them to Gen 6 before trading) the OT is always blank. I've tried every method I can to get the OT name to stay imputed and work, but every time it's always blank. I'm using 3.1.13 PokeGen. Does anyone know a way around this, or what I'm possibly doing wrong?

I NEED RARE CANDIES I tried to edit my bag on the pokegen to add rare candies I put in just one, saved it, ran it, everything was smooth. But when I tried to use the rare candy it said that I used my last rare candy and when I tried to throw it away nothing happens the one rare candy stays in my bag (note: this was early in game so I have not yet found rare candies in game yet). Even if I put in 999 it says that. I tried it on some other items it worked fine (tried it on different pokeballs all of them worked fine). I just want some just to quickly evolve some pokemon who need high happiness and different locations and time to evolve

Stuff you might need to know: PokeGen 3.1.13 Desmume 0.9.8 HeartGold ROM .dst save file I open up my .dst save file while Desmume is running and then I make a Pokemon and set it in my second slot in my party. The second I press save again PokeGen shuts down unexpectedly with no message and my changes are not saved. I may be making a silly mistake and feel free to ask me for more information regarding this issue. I tried to upload my save state too but it is too large being 1.83 MB even when I compressed it into a WinRAR file. PokeGen_full..zip

I tried seeing if anyone recognized this as a known issue, it's hard to overlook, but since I can't find it, I'll post here anyway. I seem to have found a bug in which .PKM files dragged from a file, into the program... only work with Box 1. If dragging them to another box, it overwrites the slot in Box 1. I've posted a video as an example. Basically, if I go to drag any Pokemon into Box 1, from a file, it's fine. If I change the box to something else, it doesn't seem to recognize that I changed boxes, and continues to replace the pokemon from Box 1. For example: I have Articuno in the 1st slot of Box 1. I need to go to box 8 to drag and drop my Pikachu. I slide Pikachu into Slot 1 of Box 8. It appears as if nothing has happened. I return to Box 1 to find my Articuno replaced with the Pikachu I meant to place in Box 8. I can freely drag any Pokemon into the party. Once I drag them into my party, they can be dragged into any box like normal. Direct drag-and-drop of PKM files into anywhere but Box 1 results in overwriting Box 1's Pokemon. I hope this helps!
