Dark and Bug at least are not common without stab, although Fairies will perfectly counter most fighters. Fairies are technically anti-metagame, so yeah. Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment, in regards to the Ice type being buffed. (Then they decide to patch the game, which they could do since it's the 3DS, and alter the type chart.
