That's like saying "we're going to make a new Super Smash Bros, but we're not including Mario, because he's too similar in playstyle to Luigi." (Same get up, theme, mask, etc) You can add her as another character... though that's still questionable, but I don't see how any male figure will take her seriously (because she's supposed to be an "attractive" girl), because MR. Icon was actually scary... Kinda.
