That's what makes it a family, the parents, and the children. If one leaves the scene, something is missing. Typically, if the mother figure leaves, than that has bad effects. If the father leaves, that has consequences too. If they stay, they are getting two sides of the coin. One is not more important than another, they are both required, and anyone who says otherwise is wrong (which is unfortunate to think some people fail to realize). You have to have both, and your quote is right, but it shouldn't mean that a woman needs to be the way a woman is suggested to be by society, but a man should not have to be either. Because someone does not fit into their gender roles does not make them unethical or morally wrong people, in some cases it makes them more so (but it also goes both ways of course).</p></p></p></p></p></p>
