<p><p><p><p><p><p>The only reason I assume so is because A) speed, and lack of "sabotage" moves, that Gengar has. More bulk, but it doesn't help it too much.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I think Chandelure suffers from Rampardos syndrome. Ridiculous offensive prowess, but that's it. And there are some things that completely prevent Chandelure from doing anything. For instance, Houndoom completely walls it, unless you have hidden power ground/rock/fight/water. But then if you don't have the latter, Sandstorm Rhyperior says hi. >.< I have yet to test out Chandelure in UU though.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
