  1. Hi there - having the same issues. I believe that restoring in emuNAND does only apply the save within emuNAND. To replace your actual save you‘d need to boot into sysNAND. I tried it yesterday and it worked. Although, I am confused if this is the right way?
  2. Sorry for the necro posting - I've stumbled upon my own problem again after a few month. For those, who still might have this problem; I just did what @Kaphotics mentioned, using hexed.it. Scrolled down to the last line (0008000) and edited the last line (0x10 bytes means 16 bytes, so it's the whole last line) to match with the same in a newly created save. My "broken" save works again now, thanks @Kaphotics.
  3. Hi there With the latest update of PkHex (24.11.11), I've got a warning on my Scizor - "Unable to match encounter conditions to a possible RNG frame". It was marked legal in the previous versions of PkHex, so I was wondering what has changed? I couldn't find any hint in the changelog. The Scizor was caught in a Bug Contest from SS; I've adapted it, using the PID 00000099 (using RNGReporter) with the TID&SID Combination of 26692&10526. Oh, the error keeps also appearing in a 6th Gen save. Thanks for any help/hints 0212 - SCHEROX - D0A100000099.pk4

  5. Thanks for your answer! I thought the linked code would help me at this point, I honestly was not aware that it referred to a 7 year old code. The feature is enabled - but I am not sure how I'd use it; what do I need to do to generate it? As for now, I'm getting a "Invalid PID+ correlation does not match what was expected for the Encounter's type" error message when I'm adjusting the TID/SID. Using a FireRed Save btw.

  7. Hi there I've basically spent the whole evening trying to adaptan XD Starter Eevee. I wish for it to have a desired TID/SID combination of 26992/10530. If possible it's nature should be timid - but this is not important. While I was able to generate matching PIDs for the Colosseum starters (with the script provided by @theSLAYER here ), I thought I'd could adapt the script using the TID frame of 0x69708103. I've also been reading all the guides and tools, but honestly I have troubles to grasp all of it. At this point, I really just want to adjust the Starter a little. I do not need a perfect IV spread or anything. I also took into consideration the code of PkHex - somewhere in the board, it was stated that the PID will be generated 7 Frames after the TID frame - how would I utilize tools like RNGReporter in my favour?   9. I was actually wondering if the Apple Silicon are able to run PkHex smoothly with Wine? Last time I’ve tried, the PkHex application crashed - but I thought it due to Wine not working properly.
  10. Hi there Dumped the save from my VC Crystal with Checkpoint (v3.7.4) and edited some stuff with PKHex (v.24/06/03). Moved it back to my SD in the same folder as before and tried to restore it again with Checkpoint. There, I get a success message (that it was successfully restored), but when launching the game, I get: "The save data is corrupted and will be reset". Which is weird because the save file seems to be alright - when I re-dump it and open it with PKHex, it does show all the content.I am also doing the same with my USUM save a lot - no issues there, this works smoothly. I also remember, that I did the whole thing earlier without any problems. I am wondering what's the issue here? I've uploaded the save here, so I hope someone could take a look! Would be much appreciated Btw: has the SecureValue-file (this gets dumped from Checkpoint with the save as well) something to do with it? Many thanks for your help! sav.dat
  11. I've actually managed it. Used the coordinates for Map 254 instead. Also I've mounted Tauros in PokeRide before saving. That helped me to get down to the ground lol. Caught the UB, everything is good.
  12. @theSLAYER with setting rotation to 1, the trainer just faces my direction. I‘m still stuck I believe it has sth to do with the map intro, could it be that I‘d need to start at the warp hole instead of in front of the UB? If so, how‘d I debug the coordinates? Edit: Added the picture... Set rotation to 1.0, otherwise I've been used the coordinates attached before.
  13. Heya! Sorry to drag this thread out of the abyss, although I have a question. I‘m trying to get to the last UB in Ultra Ruins. After tons of hours, no rare wormhole appeared. So I‘ve decided to use PkHex and edit my coordinates (used the ones seen in the picture, further above) I‘ve managed to get in front of the UB. Although, my Trainer looks like he has mounted Tauros(sitting in the air), also I am stuck on the map. Whenever I load the save with these coordinates, the overview intro through the map is played. Maybe this does influence the map position? Has anyone faced these issues and knows how to solve it? Thanks for your inputs
  14. Hi Transferred a few Mons from Gen 4 through Gen 5 to Gen 6. They‘re all breeded and been transferred through PkHex (it says PokeTransporter in the Met Location). When I want to change the Pokeball from Normal to Ultra Ball, it says: Invalid encounter type for ball Is there a general rule for how Balls are being considered legal when transferred between generations? Thanks for any input. If needed I can provide a further example.

  16. Hi there I stumbled upon this project here: https://github.com/aajaredc/PokeWalkerSimulator I‘ve checked out the sources and tried to build it within Visual Studio. Unfortunately, it was not able to build the PKHex sources as it was incompatible (atleast thats what the editor said). Ofc the build failed because stuff was missing. As I am fairly new to the C# community, I have no clue what to do (despite what the Readme said ofc) I also realized that the newest PKHex sources are run with C# 8, the Pokewalker project needs just 7. So I guess I can‘t just replace the PKHex sources... Was anyone able to run it? And could explain me how? I would also be happy if I could just get an executable... Many thanks!

  18. Hi there Changed my Trainer Id on Sword. Checked my League card - it still has my old one. Changed the design of it, hoping it would overwrite the id somehow. No luck. Is this a bug or a probably a feature request? Thanks for helping
  19. May I ask what the purpose of encryption constant is? Btw I can reproduce the save problem - and solve it with re-enrolling the encryption constant...
  20. @arti Try restarting the Switch after injecting the save (so that no payload is injected anymore), this "solved" the problem for me.
  21. @walppeople @Irina Just wondering, did you manage to transfer the save successfully into the game (after one of the save attempt worked)? I‘m also experiencing kind of the same error, where the export does not include my recent changes, and yes I double-checked every step... but in-game it just loads the previous one... Could changing the Trainer-ID has something to do with it?

  23. Hi there Experienced the same problem. Managed to restore the save, but now the game keeps crashing after a few minutes. Wondering if this is actually a bug from the game or if my save is corrupted... Could someone pls have a look at my save? I changed the TID and some natures, nothing more. Thank you! main
