  1. If you make a post about it in the appropriate forum, in which you also supply the pk6 / ek6 files in an attachment I am willing to have a look.

    PkHex Update

As long as techsavy people require to find a new exploit. This can be weeks, months or never.
  3. The only method with which they can more or less force us to update is by releasing a 1.3 oras and 1.4 XY update. Those would have to be downloaded from the eShop. Without we cannot trade/battle etc. But to access the eShop we would have to system update.
  4. Question 1: New 3ds? If yes: give up. Won't work If no: continue to question 2 Question 2: Cleared browser history & cookies? If yes: then you're doing something else wrong. Read the instructions If no: then do that and read the instructions as they tell you to do do.
  5. But homepass isn't fully blocked, is it? I got my eon ticket through homepass at the start of ORAS.
  6. Or use this: http://www.pokedit.com/qr/qr-learner.php
  7. Exactly what I'm doing now Jarie. I switched off the wifi on my old 3DS and will only enable it when I have to. (That being will I am inside the camera app) I have my N3DS for all wireless communication.
  8. X Y sequels are technically ORAS imo. I'm anxious to know what GameFreak's next step will be, but I doubt it's going to be a kalos revisit (be that in a "Z" version or "X2 Y2" versions)
  9. Based on the encryption constant, not the PID. I tested the link Kaphotics shared. Set the encryption constant to what I painted then random rolled the PID for a shiny and it worked out as expected. A shiny one with spots where I painted them.
  10. - reads this - - switches wireless connection to Off on old 3ds - Kay then... Hello perma 9.5.0-22 3DS
  11. KeyBV has been included in Kaphotic's newer KeySav2. Should be on the Save R&D forum as well.
  12. Once you have a ram2sav dump you can click "trainer info" then edit each of these using the "stats" part.
  13. @Rubbabud that sounds impossible... Either you are leaving out information or your making things up. If it says corrupted save on your old 3ds it should also on your n3ds. Furthermore not running rsavout and putting back an older, yet edited, ramsav is perfectly fine. You might lose some data, but it shouldn't corrupt. I've done this (accidentally) multiple times.
  14. Title says it all. For as far as I can tell this is not yet possible... but eh... a 1 in over 4 billion chance to randomize it on the PID isn't quite worth it guys.. we need a spot modifier :bidoof:! Quote from bulbapedia:
  15. Uuuh.. similar oddity but instead of Moody mine changes in "Wonder Skin (H)".. Last genned for me is a Venomoth, which would make sense then.
  16. Title pretty much says it all. Reporting this for a friend of mine who's getting a System.IO.FileNotFoundException when she tries to generate a QR code. She tried redownloading but without success. The attempted QR code to generate is from the default Abomasnow that shows when first opening the program. I personally can create a QR code of the same pokemon so it's quite an odd exception for pkhex to throw. The full exception text is below: See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. 17. You probably mean that the .bin file is associated to VLC? Just ignore that and follow the steps as normal
  18. File -> open + Tools -> toggle box interface + right click -> "set" (or use the shortcut hold shift key + left click) File -> Save as
  19. @ThatAnArchyDude Pretty sure it does work, bit not 100% sure. Perhaps jariesuicine who clearly knows a lot can confirm
  20. Oh yeah they definitely can fix the security hole through which the exploit works with an update. Between the start and the current date there was even an update (9.5) though that didn't fix it. As long as you refrain from updating until testers (most often people with 2 consoles) have given the green light on updating you're good. Since you always have to confirm to update you have nothing to fear.
  21. @sam040112 Perhaps, perhaps not. The N3DS browser is very different from the 3DS browser and doesn't have the same security flaw through which these scripts can run. It's all up to endless testing and/or luck for someone to find a similar exploitable flaw in the N3DS browser.
  22. That's something I can not say with certainty... But I don't think it can.
  23. So your school blocks the website? I honestly doubt a mobile server is going to help for that... But the source files are included on the first post. My advice would be just to be patient and wait till your home :bidoof:
