    But you used a gateway rom to encounter the genesect in the first place, didn't you? Because ROMs are a whole different story as opposed to RAM injection

    It's always been that way. And they did, because for security reasons. Look at this example Apple tries to have as many of their devices on their latest OS for security and support reasons Android is immensely wide spread and every company adds its own layer to it. Frankly that results in Android having so many security loops that they are literally virus bait. (Disclaimer: I'm not making this up, nor am i an Apple fan boy at all) Moral of the example; keeping as many people on the latest version is best for the company. How to enforce that? Disable online interaction for those not on the latest version.

    Well both games still had a slew of glitches. Just look at the below linked videos of OhNickel who showed a few. I can vouch for the in ORAS wailer evolution game breaking glitch to be patched in the latest update, as well as the XY music glitch. XY glitches: ORAS glitches:

    The browser version on my classic 3DS that is still on 9.5.0-22 is 1.7567 and on my N3DS which is on FW 9.6.0-24 is 1.2.10085 if that helps

    RAM injection is completely different from what Datel gave us with Action Replay.

    One does not get to choose what version to update to. Since this guy has 6.0.x he would jump to 9.6.0-24 upon updating.

    Normally I would fill out requests but this I have a request for a change. I am looking for the Steelix that was / is obtainable in the Japanese ORAS Demo. A pkx file or QR will do as I can work with both still.

    Fair point Timeboy. Sadly only SciresM and surely some people close to him - I'm looking at you Kaphotics and Bond697 - were the only 2 who actually knew how at the time. I remember it like the day of yesterday lol. SciresM first commented on X&Y Save R&D how to partially decrypt and read the game, then later some screens saying fully decrypted but only after it got patched the method how.

    I don't think they really care about hacked pokemon honestly. The only moment they could care if you take obvious hacked pokemon (i.e. No guard sheer cold) to a VGC tournament and give the officials extra work because they'd have to remove the person.

    If they were to do that they can kiss their money goodbye. The sales of future games will drop from 100 to 0 within 1 game. They are not assholes. (Also the patch data and game are made by Game Freak, not Nintendo)

    On the topic of FPS, that still drops on a N3DS XL and I'm speaking out of experience ._.! I know 1 thing the ORAS update fixed though. There was a game breaking glitch that triggered when surfing on a wailmer then leveling it up to 40 while battling a fished pokemon the screen would black out after the evolution while the music would keep playing.

    Outspeed me because I was writing a comment elsewhere first lol. In general now. Concerning the whole SD card swapping thing that people have been on about lately, I believe somewhere a rumor started of what was laid out by Bitsoft would actually work. I'm not sure who nor where this rumor originated, but it sure did convince a lot of people. Being an active facebook pokemon group user I have had to tell quite many people that SD cards are console specific. -sighs- If only there was some way we, the people who answer many questions here, could mass convey the message to the community that it doesn't work.

    Hm it's happening to me too (I took the wc6 from TheSlayer's comment). I think this might actually be a very specific Eon Ticket related issue. When I open up the wondercard in SciresM's wc6editor it lists the item as a blank one, suggesting the editor doesn't know the Eon Ticket (though this is probably unrelated to pkhex). I tested the wondercard QR creating with another wondercard (specifically the one attached) and that worked fine. Extreme Speed Linoone wondercard file.zip

    So uh.. I'm available now. Just an advice from me for the future by the way, try to like.. Find a way to easily get notified about replies perhaps ? For example, I myself have tapatalk on my phone which gives phone notifications.

    Hm shucks. Sorry for the trouble. I would trade you in 10'ish mins but I doubt 10% on my phone is enough to get the trades done while using it as a hotspot for my 3ds >_<

    system firmware is stored on the console, not the SD card. Besides, the transfer formats the old one already by default.
